They charged my mother $500 for hair extensions and at least another 200 to put them in. Shes from out of the country and I feel as if she got taken advantage of as they knew she couldn't return. They claimed it was real hair, it wasn't. They started coming out within 3 weeks of having them in. $700 for THREE WEEKS. I'm DISGUSTED. Read Less

Today August 8/17 I treated myself to pampering and love with a whole new hair style and facial and shoulder and arm massage. Felt so refreshed and renewed after my time with Cheryl and Lauren. Here is a before and after head shot. Desk hair style was old needed a new image so the second photo in navy top is the new elegant wash and wear type. I even noticed dark strands of dark brown hair growing in over the last few weeks. If your looking for a salon I highly recommend this business, you will not be disappointed. After having a horrifying and traumatizing experience with another hair salon on the main land, I was blow away with how the amazing Carinne transformaed my hair. Every penny spent was worth the time and effort and now I look like a million dollar gal. I come to level 10 for a few different services and my experience is always fabulous. Krystal at the front desk is so personal, fun and engaging. I was nervous to get my hair cut by someone new when I moved to the valley (previous horrible experience) she not only recommend Yvonne, but told her my hesitations. Yvonne was so patient and listened to what I wanted. Again I use level 10 for multiple services. Tara is definitely the person that has me coming back! She is personal..., quick and meticulous in her job. She's always professional, on time and welcoming. Not an easy task making people feel comfortable with such a 'bare all' services. I manage in a customer service environment, and I must say, poor customer service is a huge pet peeve for me and i often voice my opinion when it's lacking. Level 10 Eurospa is an amazing oasis right downtown Courtenay.  The quality of stylists is impressive. I have been going to Leanne for over 20 years and feel confident when I may not be able to get in to see her that all the ladies do a fabulous job.  There is always continuing education taking place and the salon/spa offers a large retail area.  When I feel like treating myself I book a pedicure, facial or massage. The choice of services is great and they only use high quality products.  I love this place. Read Less
