I am absolutely disgusted with this place!! I bought my mom and sister mani and pedi's for an Xmas gift over the phone with my credit card. They went to the appt. had to wait 3 and a half hours to get there nails done, my sister has a small baby and couldn't wait that long because the baby was fussy and had to leave, they cut my mom's toe nail and they gave my sister and infection in her toe. Instead of giving my mom any kind of discount they charge her full price for everything extra 10 dollars to get some glitter on her 3 hour manicure she had to wait for and instead of giving my mom her cash or refunding my credit card they gave her a gift card and not even the amount my sisters nails cost.Bullshit and I will be in there Wednesday to make a complaint!!! Have been going there for nails, and they do an excellent mani/pedi. But yesterday I went for a mani/pedi/full leg/brazillian, kinda disappointed I didn't get a package deal for spending so much there, but that's besides the point...Worst wax I've ever had in my life. She was gentle enough, but did not take all the hair, there's big patches still (enough hair left that I will be going somewhere else to have it cleaned up) and she didn't seem to understand what a landing strip is, despite me showing her what I wanted. I was really impressed with how gentle they were when doing my nails. They were able to laugh and joke around. The only thing I found unfortunate was when my friend and I came together, instead of seating us together, we were placed at tables across from each other. Keep up the good work. Read Less

I had a very unpleasant experience on a wax appointment at this place. To start, the hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority, they use jeans stripes with makes me uncomfortable since I don't know how well they wash them between clients (it's gross even to think and I thought there was a regulation against that, for health safety) but, thinking that would be rude to get up and leave I decided not to think about it. The lady was friendly and I believe she was trying her best but I don't think she was trained for that job because I've never felt so much pain on a wax section and by the end there was so much hair left. I would also advise to change the wax they use, it not just didn't do the job but also wouldn't come out easily, another reason why I had so much pain. Service was great, but my daughter and I got gel manicures and they started chipping/peeling in less than a week. We used different colours so it wasn't just one bad bottle. Mine are peeling from the cuticles. It keeps lifting and catching on my clothes. My daughters is chipping at the end of her nails. This was our first time getting gel. The application was very meticulous and the results looked great right after, but maybe they need to get better quality gel colours. Should probably go back to let them know. Read Less

Found this place via Google and I wish it was around the block from home!  Nice little place,  clean,  friendly and most important is that they did one of the best pedicures that I have had in a long time.
