My tech was very sweet and I really liked her. Unfortunately she did a rush job on my pedicure. I didn't realize until I got half way from the salon that my big toe was missing half of its colour and there was so much dry skin coming off my feet.
After she finished painting my nails she walked away from me and started helping another customer. I feel like I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for her to tell me I could pay.
Another tech ended up helping me from the chair and I paid her.
Great prices, friendly staff, just not happy with the rush job and the ignoring me once the job was done.

The worst manicure job ever! My nails were not cut to the same length, they were not filled properly and after 3 coats of nail polish you can still see through. Nail polish was so deluded in order to be used as much as possible. On top of everything the lady that was doing the manicure was playing stupid like everything is ok and advise me to next time bring my own nail polish! Unbelievable... anyhow, I asked her to remove the nail polish and don’t even bother doing my pedicure. No apologies no nothing... I had to even ask her for a towel to clean myself so I can leave the chair/salon. NEVER again!!!

The ladies here were super friendly during my visit. Took my mom here for her first time getting her nails done and she had a great experience. The place was clean and they offer a wide variety of services including manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, and permanent makeup. We made an appointment but they also accomodated walk ins throughout our visit.

I had a great experience getting my nails done today, it was the first time I had gotten them done and my lady was quite sweet and nice. Her name is Rose and I definitely recommend her, she's quite friendly and does a great job quickly. I really enjoyed that she explained to me what she was doing when I ask and gave me suggestions on what to do with my nails. I ended up getting fake nails and shelaic pink sparkly nails! Definitely coming back again!

I came here because my normal place was booked. Manicure was average, but the atmosphere was not friendly. I originally had a junior person start my nails she was nice, but then who ever was in charge took over and moved her elsewhere. I found this women to be bossy and had watched her with the previous client and pretty much ignored the women who tried talking to her. Whole process was very rushed. It was essentially just a polish application.

I don't know why this place has such high rating. The worst job I have ever had on my nails and I think it was the owner. It probably took her half an hour to do my nails. She didn't file them they were all crooked it was a disaster. It looked like a child had done them. She's either half blind and honestly didn't mean to or she just really didn't care. Also the gel turn a weird grey dirty colour and started to peel after only 2 weeks. I'm only writing this review because I have been getting my nails done for so long and I don't want anyone to waste their money. It's expensive !

After some emotionally draining conversations, I went for lunch and stumbled upon the Tips Nail salon. My eyebrows were bothering me (my skin is sensitive and my own eyebrow hair can irritate it) so I went in. I asked for an eyebrow wax and the girls started to giggle (perhaps because I'm a guy). I was too drained to say anything. The waxing went well and she charged me $15. As I was paying I sensed something off by her body language: as if she were hiding something. As I was leaving I saw their own sign saying "Eyebrows $10". I'm sad that $5 was the price of her integrity. Perhaps she will hustle more customers enough so that it will be worth it for her.

I really enjoy my nail experiences at Tips. Rose makes the customers feel very welcome. She is very professional, understands your concerns and actually gives you what you ask for, unlike most salons. I love my nails and her pedicures are amazing! She gets all the dry/dead skin off, she's very thorough. I highly recommend tips!

My tech was very sweet and I really liked her. Unfortunately she did a rush job on my pedicure. I didn't realize until I got half way from the salon that my big toe was missing half of its colour and there was so much dry skin coming off my feet.
After she finished painting my nails she walked away from me and started helping another customer. I feel like I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for her to tell me I could pay.

The worst manicure job ever! My nails were not cut to the same length, they were not filled properly and after 3 coats of nail polish you can still see through. Her name is Rose and I definitely recommend her, she's quite friendly and does a great job quickly. I don't know why this place has such high rating. The worst job I have ever had on my nails and I think it was the owner. It probably took her half an hour to do my nails.
