I went here a long time ago and it wasn't so bad but today i went in to get my fake nails removed, filed, and topped with a shellac polish. I was given a newer, unprofessional, unexperienced young girl (persian girl) who handled my nails terribly. She first started by clipping my fake nails all the way down to the base where it was way too short where she was close to making me bleed (i am not over-exaggerating). She continued dipping my nail in acetone than using the drill back and forth and it BURNED. She drilled my nails so quickly that i repeatedly told her it burns! She continued to apologize and she just wanted to finish and rush to get it done. She picked the colour and glitter shellac colours for me which i felt like i couldnt even say my own choice as she wouldn't let me talk and hurting my nails at the same time. I noticed her experience being absolutely terrible as when i told her the nails werent the same sizes, she said she will shape them AFTER she painted them when nothing was even touched with polish! DO NOT GO TO HER! I had a terrible experience and had to waste my hard earned money and felt like i couldn't say anything because she wouldn't let me get my word in. My hands are in PAIN and I HIGHLY do not reccomend going to her - will be speaking to the manager very very soon!

I just left there, and I'm extremely disappointed. I waited for a few minutes and then was asked to sit down in a dirty station right after another customer had left. I waited to see if she was going to clean it, but she didn't. When I asked her to at least get new towels she gave me attitude and disappeared in the back for several minutes. throughout the entire time that she did my nails she was very sharp and abrupt with all of her movements. She would aggressively pick up my fingers and almost tossed them down. The actual application of the nail polish is done extremely poorly. There are bubbles and it's uneven all around my cuticles. I most definitely will not be going back.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!! Went for a regular pedicure with polish. They put on Shellac and told me it was better (I know it lasts longer but wasn’t what I wanted). Basically didn’t give me a choice. The guy doing the pedicure nicked 2 of my toes and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Never EVER will I go there again

Ahhhhh! Super horrible. I went just to get a set of nails taken off because I didn't think it was difficult.. however about 75% of the nails were actually taken off and the other 25% is still on my nails! And the part that was taken off was severely damaged with a drill! My nails are paper thin, red and extremely sore and I still have acrylic on some of them!
Edit: my nails are still incredibly thin and cracking.

I will never be back here. I got charged $64 for a pedicure and a manicure. The manicure started chipping and peeling the minute that I went back. I went back the next day for them to be fixed and one of the girls told me that they did not guarantee their polish. Not only that while I was getting my nails done my technician revealed to me that they would be closing early because he didn’t feel like taking anyone else and he wanted to go to the movies with his girlfriend instead. Several customers came in at 6:30 and were refused because the technicians were “done for the night.”

Had s horrible experience here yesterday. I had an appointment, got there. Explained to the lady what I wanted she began to tell me no she cannot do a simple French tip and I had to choose a colour. I chose a colour and asked for sparkle. She began to tell me no she will do ombré. I went with it, thinking it would turn out nice. I was wrong. My nails looked super bulky and very uneven and I told her nicely I did not like it and asked for just the plain colour to make things simple. She began to tell me no, sounding very irratated with me. And tried ombré again which ended up looking even worse. She would not listen to what I was asking for and kept telling me no and doing something different. Worst service I have ever gotten. I ended up having to pay $55 for a fill after she complained that she we spending too much time on my nails. I ran to bello's nails in a panic, very upset. They took me in and fixed my nails for me and I ended up paying another $30 which was worth it but my fill ended up costing me almost $90 for something very simple. Bello's was in shock with how my nails looked and how uneven they were. I will never go back to professionals again and no one should ever waste their money or time here. Horrible horrible horrible.

The lady who did my nails was rushed by her boss, she never asked if I liked the colour or the shape of my nails or anything. She was going so fast that she made my toe bleed and then my thumb , at the end she was even standing up while putting the last layer of nail polish !
I wanted to try that place for the price but not worth it...

For the price you pay and the type of nail shop it is you kind of know what you're getting yourself into. The technicians were nice and courteous but these are the most disgusting set of shellac nails...

The technicians were nice and courteous but these are the most disgusting set of shellac nails I have ever gotten. Waste of money. I raised concern about the shellac on my cuticles and was told it will come off when I wash my hands - really? Avoid at all costs!!! I was desperate but honestly my natural nails were much better

I would give 0 stars if i could. Do not go to this salon! Never in my life have I been so embarassed. I was asked to leave after revealing to the nail tech that I have a latex allergy. Because they did not have any non latex gloves I was informed, in front of all of the other customers who are all staring at this point, that my options were to leave or have the services performed with latex gloves (which obviously isn't an option for me). I was looking to spend a significant ...amount of money because I needed a full set, a pedicure, and some waxing done. When I questioned it I was told "we can refuse service to anyone, and I refuse to do your work without latex gloves" i will never return to this place because of their blatant disregard for customer service. I had my mom & a friend with me also & they also loved it!! It was beautiful, clean, organized, & so friendly there! I just loved it. I recommend this place! & whoever made the home made egg rolls, they were amazing too! :)

Damaged my nails
Went for pedicure with shellac. The technician smiled a lot but spoke very little English. She asked if I wanted my nails done. No thanks, just my toes. She asked again. No, I like to keep them clean and buffed. She asked a third time. Fine. Just trim, cuticles, and buff please. The buff was done by machine and there are permanent grooves on my fingernails now. 5 weeks later and I am still growing out the damage on all ten nails. I will not return.

Should an accident ever occur in the case of a person weighing over the recommended weight there could be immediate legal action. This just sounds like a case of being business savvy and protecting themselves.

Terrible experience. Went in to have a girls night with my 5 year old daughter, and during her toe polish change one of the employees turned off her massage chair. The owner is rude and disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I will never step back in this disgusting place. She was a paying customer, and had every right to use the massage chair. Unacceptable behavior and even worse customer service.

I went here a long time ago and it wasn't so bad but today i went in to get my fake nails removed, filed, and topped with a shellac polish. I was given a newer, unprofessional, unexperienced young girl (persian girl) who handled my nails terribly. Ahhhhh! Super horrible. I went just to get a set of nails taken off because I didn't think it was difficult.. however about 75% of the nails were actually taken off and the other 25% is still on my nails! And the part that was taken off was severely damaged with a drill! My nails are paper thin, red and extremely sore and I still have acrylic on some of them!
Edit: my nails are still incredibly thin and cracking.

I will never be back here. I got charged $64 for a pedicure and a manicure. The manicure started chipping and peeling the minute that I went back. I went back the next day for them to be fixed and one of the girls told me that they did not guarantee their polish. Not only that while I was getting my nails done my technician revealed to me that they would be closing early because he didn’t feel like taking anyone else and he wanted to go to the movies with his girlfriend instead. The owner is rude and disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer for years, and I will never step back in this disgusting place. She was a paying customer, and had every right to use the massage chair. Unacceptable behavior and even worse customer service.
