She was able to recreate the picture I showed her (one of pics on the gallery) and its super cute. It was also much more affordable than other places Ive been to. Will come back next month. This is my favourite place to get a pedicure. It is so bright and clean and the gals that work there are friendly and professional. There are times when I want to get in and my bad planning doesn't allow for me to get in there because they are booked. I went here for my upper lip and brow waxing, but while I was there they suggested I get my chin done as well. I agreed to that, and she said it's normal for it to be sensitive, after the waxing my skin was burning and stinging as they had applied the wax on the same spot more than once. A day later, my skin started to peel and now I have major scarring on my upper lip and chin. It's excruciatingly painful and my lip has become numb / swollen. I can't even step outside my house. I would not go here again, as my skin is terribly damaged and is not healing properly. Not to mention the cuts under my eyebrow and on the corner of my mouth. Hate to say it but It was a terrible job done. With that, I will never come back here and I suggest others to be careful when letting them wax you. I am so glad I found this nail salon. Unlike many other places in Coquitlam, this one is clean, bright and well-appointed. The pedicure chairs are comfy and the service is excellent. Diane (not sure of spelling of her name), the Manager, is efficient and friendly. The rest of the staff, including Bee and Anna, are also very friendly and capable. I have had manicures and pedicures done elsewhere and frankly, I have paid way more to get at best a similar result, but more often than not, a much worse result. Diane, who does my acrylic nails, is the best I've had in many years. My nails look natural and impeccable. In addition, when I get a chip or have an accident and damage the polish in between manicures, they happily take the time to correct the damage (without charge) and I go on my way. Huge disappointment!Never come back!Stay away!On January 7, 2017 my appointment suppose to start at 3 pm for 1 hour. We started at 3:15 pm and finished at 4:00 pm, no time for nail polish as other customers entered the door( suppose to have manicure, pedicure and gel shellac). Dianna was in a rush, Bee was literally staring at me(passive-agressive) telling me 4 times to choose nail polish color knowing my fingers are in cold water( no one asked about T).
