Very disappointed with my experience here. Made the sad mistake of coming here to wax my eyebrows. The lady was nice enough so I didn't really want to complain to her, especially after already waxing ...
Very disappointed with my experience here. Made the sad mistake of coming here to wax my eyebrows. The lady was nice enough so I didn't really want to complain to her, especially after already waxing one eyebrow... But wow, did not expect my eyebrows to practically vanish. She waxed off so much! They're so thin, I can't even draw them in without it wiping off. I know brows will grow back but I've spent MONTHS growing them to make them thicker, and I simply wanted a clean up underneath, making them nicely formed into a straight brow shape.
The least I expected was it to be even... But she just kept plucking and plucking, until I had no line to follow up with. Sad.

Great staff, atmosphere and of course NAILS! Being new to the world of acrylic nails (got my first full set done a month ago) I was in need of getting them touched up badly so after looking up nail salon open at 9am with good reviews I called and luckily there were some cancellations and I got an appointment in 20 min. The man that works there (I was pleasantly surprised to see a man doing nails) talked me into getting the ombre French tips as opposed to the regular tips but am I glad he did!! They look AMAZING!! He was so gentle and was so great at explaining things to me since I really don't know much about acrylic nails, I will definitely be back!!

The place it's self is very clean, The people are nice, and the prices are fare. I get the gel nails done and they do an awesome job and are always able to fit me in. 5 stars and thumbs up to you...

I have to say that this place is definitely a hit or miss!I have only come here for waxing so keep that in mind for this review. The first time I got my arms waxed here it was awful - more painful than it needed to be and missed patches. However, today I called at 5:45 to see if they had time for a back wax and they said they did even though they closed at 6. I came at 6 and was out at 6:30 and did not feel rushed at all which was great! The lady who helped me was named Helen I believe, and she was very good at her job. It was quick, detailed, and as painless as waxing can get! I would definitely recommend her for a wax.

Very disappointed with my experience here. Made the sad mistake of coming here to wax my eyebrows. The lady was nice enough so I didn't really want to complain to her, especially after already waxing one eyebrow... But wow, did not expect my eyebrows to practically vanish. She waxed off so much! They're so thin, I can't even draw them in without it wiping off. Great staff, atmosphere and of course NAILS! I have to say that this place is definitely a hit or miss!I have only come here for waxing so keep that in mind for this review. The first time I got my arms waxed here it was awful - more painful than it needed to be and missed patches. However, today I called at 5:45 to see if they had time for a back wax and they said they did even though they closed at 6.
