I went to the Coquitlam location for a hydra facial today. I’ve had a hydra facial at other laser centers previously (ie lougheed laser), and I was surprised by the speed of this one. I’ve always loved spending time in the sun, but the last couples of summers left some sun damage on my face and I wanted to know if there was any way to correct it. I’m really thankful I met Roya, she’s such an expert at what she does! She explained very well what the procedure would be like and how to help the skin heal using products she recommended. I just finished my second of five laser hair removal treatments. I am absolutely blown away by the results! My hair is coming in much less and very fine if at all. I'm not going to lie, the procedure isn't the most pleasant. But my specialist, Roya keeps me focused on other things. She makes the time fly by with funny stories. Love Body Bar! I first met Jamie years ago at the airport spa where I work I gave her a pedicure. She told me about her body bar clinic and we got talking about botox, I told her I was paying $12 per unit and she told me her clinic offers $7 per unit! I live in Richmond and it's worth the commute! No where can you get it that cheap and by a dermatologist! Had my first tattoo removal laser session last week here. The place seems clean quiet and professional.  The lasers are the best out there right now for tattoo removal and my laser technician was very good at distracting me and helping me manage the pain... which on a scale of 1-10 was most definitely a 10. Much much worse than getting the initial tattoos. But.. 10 minutes and it was over and the pain gone. Only thing is they want to charge $80 per session and have you come in an hour early for numbing cream when u can just buy it at the pharmacy for $12 and get the whole tube. I will use my pharmacy bought one next time and see if it helps. Should be at least 8 sessions. Read Less
