Kim is an amazing job!! She take the time to make everything is done perfectly. During my manicure she make sure that everthing was the way I wanted it!!

I wouldn’t even give this one star. I am so disgusted with how poorly done and unprofessional. Whilst doing my nails she made me bleed multiple tones with no apology of any kind AND started answering ...
I wouldn’t even give this one star. I am so disgusted with how poorly done and unprofessional. Whilst doing my nails she made me bleed multiple tones with no apology of any kind AND started answering her phone and stopping the service, at one point. She handed me the phone to answer it for her and hold it. Absolutley has to be the worst experience and to top it all off she did an awful job, I got an accent finger with marble and it looks like black squiggles smeared on my finger, not to mention the shape. It’s “almond” but completely jagged and wavy. Nothing about this is nice I had to get them removed somewhere else. WORST EXPERIENCE. I told her I really didn’t want long nails but she was offended and argued with me that she will do what she wants. I will never return unless it’s to get my money back in which they don’t do.

Took way too long to do acrylics, I was there for 2 hrs. The women need to be trained to shape better, one of my nails looks awful. Practice practice practice ladies .. faster service will get better ...

Very friendly people, took over an hour to do a fill on acrylic gel nails. Didn't properly file down the old ones as you can still see the line on the old nails, and paint is chipping off only 2 days ...
Very friendly people, took over an hour to do a fill on acrylic gel nails. Didn't properly file down the old ones as you can still see the line on the old nails, and paint is chipping off only 2 days after being done. Would not recommend.
My experience was horrible the lady kept saying "this take to long" so many times I offered to go somewhere else. She made my finger bleed. I will never betray Nancy's nails again. I wouldn't even giv...

Unhygienic. Improper methods of doing nails. For instance, prior to applying acrylic nails you have to push back the cuticle of the nail. They use the same electric...

Unhygienic. Improper methods of doing nails. For instance, prior to applying acrylic nails you have to push back the cuticle of the nail. They use the same electric file they use on the acrylic nail to literally saw off your cuticle. When my fingers started bleeding the "manicurist" offered no apology (or discount.) I asked for an almond shape, but my nails are lumpy and circular shaped. I took my fifteen year old sister with me to the salon. I was paying for us both. Since she had never had acrylic done before, they gave her a full set of white tips and gel polish which costs more than clear tips and regular polish because they knew they could get away with it because she is young and too shy to speak up. She told them clear tips with regular polish, and they ignored her and gave her the most expensive kind. I had to pay for that. I'm seventeen and I earn minimum wage, so the $120 dollars it came to was pretty painful especially considering the rude employees, poor hygiene, awful looking nails and my cuticles being cut. Gross. Save your money and go to Nice One Nails across the plaza. They're wonderful. Regal Nails is a complete joke.
