Got my nails done for the first time here and it was a super fun and relaxing experience. So glad I did it. Nails looked perfect and lasted me over 2 weeks before i took them off. The service was awesome. Definitely deserves 5 stars!!

Had a fill done here a few weeks ago. My appt started off ok but that quickly changed once the nail technician started. She became very impatient when I kindly asked if she could bring the product closer to my nail bed. I asked for coffin shape & the shapes were all uneven. I asked for a design when I first got there & showed her a pic. She said she could do that no prob. When I shared I wasn't quite happy with the design she became increasingly impatient & rude grabbing my hand stating all she could do was a flower design. Since this was not at all what I was looking for (I wanted a mandela design) I had to leave without a design & book in somewhere else & pay to have a design done. This was disheartening because I've heard great reviews here & really wanted a new nail place I could frequent.
UPDATE: I spoke to the owner Anna, regarding this visit. She was very pleasant & accommodating apologising for Annie's distasteful & unprofessional behavior. Anna offered a promotional rate for the inconvenience. I am happy with the outcome which is why I have changed my rating. I would definitely not recommend seeing Annie however Anna, the owner does a great job ☺

Love this location! Even when they are busy they make time for me. Very friendly .Get so many compliments on my nails too.

Awesome!! Awesome!! The women did an awesome job on my nails and eyebrows. I rushed to pick up my son and rubbed the nail polish off my toe. I went back and she removed and painted all my toes again. ...
Awesome!! Awesome!! The women did an awesome job on my nails and eyebrows. I rushed to pick up my son and rubbed the nail polish off my toe. I went back and she removed and painted all my toes again. Loved their service and I will return for sure. 😊

My experience at Refresh Nails has ALWAYS been amazing! My nail technician, Coco, is simply the best. She always makes me feel welcome and is always courteous and very efficient! I always leave the nail salon with absolutely amazing looking nails!!!! I would never ever go anywhere else but here!!!

I recently had a shellac pedicure here. Overall, I was not pleased with the treatment. The nail polish was applied very sloppy and on the cuticle. The soles of my feet still had rough patches afterwar...
I recently had a shellac pedicure here. Overall, I was not pleased with the treatment. The nail polish was applied very sloppy and on the cuticle. The soles of my feet still had rough patches afterwards. The technician broke one of my toe nails. I asked her to try and fix it or glue it on. The shellac on that nail fell off a day later. I get pedicures every couple of months, and I would not go back here. The only good thing was that they used the disposable liners in tubs for your feet.

I recently had a shellac pedicure here. Overall, I was not pleased with the treatment. The nail polish was applied very sloppy and on the cuticle. The soles of my feet still had rough patches afterwards. The technician broke one of my toe nails. I asked her to try and fix it or glue it on. The shellac on that nail fell off a day later. I get pedicures every couple of months, and I would not go back here. The only good thing was that they used the disposable liners in tubs for your feet.
