The blonde lady at the front desk (receptionist) has always given me amazing customer service, she is so friendly. As I was waiting for my appointment, the owner lady started to scold her right in front of everyone, raising her voice threatening that she was going to fire the nice lady several times, and kept talking down to her and reprimanding her. The nice lady started to cry so I finally had to speak up and said "shouldn't you take this in a back room, sounds like this is a personal matter that should be discussed privately", I said "you shouldn't be belittling her in front of everyone". She said to me "you mind your own business, its none of your business" and I said "well it is my business I am a customer". She then kept reprimanding her. Then after a while then a man started reprimanding her. This lady was being emotionally abused in front of everyone, I felt so bad for her. Just had my nails and eyebrows done this week.  The technicians are overbooked and rushed. Mine didnt allow enough time drying between coats of shellac and my nails are already chipping. I had shown her a picture and that is definately not what I got. Most catastrophic is that it now have burns across my eyelids and between my eyebrows from the wax. The skin has actually blistered and burns are apparent!!!!! I  will definitely not go back. Read Less

I had the most HORRIBLE nail experience iv ever had in my 18 years of getting my nails done. RUDE nail tech, she complained she's TIRED, kept looking at the clock, was rough with my hands, burned me numerous times with no appoligy just a scowl. Asked to round my edges she yelled Later! Will never be coming back here again. I booked my appointment 3 months in advance for a special ocasion with a specific nail tech and when i show up for my appointment its later into the day then what i asked for and was told and with a totally different nail tech. Most of the staff are rude and dont talk to you. If you are looking for nice quality or friendly service this is not the place. Read Less

Natalia was able to fix the bad set of acrylic nails I got a couple weeks back, reshape them nicely and did a good job all around. She was polite and friendly. Reception gave me a reminder call which was nice. Clean, sanitary, they only use tools once per customer which a lot of places don't. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is I need my cuticles trimmed, which most places will do for an additional five dollars but here I had to get a full blown manicure which they did not have time for. Thinking of changing salons. Been going there for many years. They have now stopped the stamp card program. So now after 10 visits they don't want to thank us faithful clients with a 30.00 discount. Was there today...nail tech kept burning my nail with grinder. He needs to turn power down and stop rushing. Also cut my finger with file. Apolled at the filthy dirty white chairs. I had very very high hopes for this studio based on the reviews I had seen. When I called to make an appointment they receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. I came in and was seen relatively on time. The nail tech was pleasant and seemed to know her way around a pedicure and she did a very nice job. Where things went downhill for me was when my nails were drying. She stepped out for a cigarette, which isn't what bothered me. It was when she came back, moved right on to another customer and never came back to me. I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for her to come back and assist me with putting on my sandals to avoid any damage to the new nail polish. I watched as several other woman received this assistance. Not to mention I'm also 7 months pregnant and putting my own shoes on is a chose all on its own. What was worse was when she witnessed the struggle for me to bed down and remove the toe spacers...she ignored me and kept working with her new customer. When I went to pay I expressed my issues with the receptionist..who was unable to do much. I settled my bill and was elated to find out that tip was cash only. I tend to be a 20%-25% tipper and even if the service isn't great I will usually still tip at least 15%, however as I was not made aware of this being a cash only expense I did not have any on me. So I left without tipping for the first time in my life and quite frankly it felt like a bit of poetic justice. To the nicer aspects, great customer service from the receptionist and from what I could see the other nail techs and a clean facility. It's also in a great location with plenty of parking. Read Less
