Edit: Owner contacted me this morning by phone and explained the circumstances. A "redo" appointment was made for this week. Appreciate the level of concern taken in this instance, I can't say that's common for stores to do. Waited for 20 mins because a staff family member was getting her nails done during my appointment time. Whole thing felt rushed, like she really didn't want me there. Nails are unevenly filed, polish was old and lumpy and the decals started coming off the next day. I should have left when she told the other girl said it would be done in less than 45 mins. I had a wonderful experience at Glamour Secrets. Firstly, the front desk staff was super friendly- I instantly felt welcome & comfortable. I cannot wait to come back for some other beauty treatments. They offer so many services, and for very reasonable prices. They also have a vast selection of Beauty products (Hair care, Nail Polish, Mineral Makeup, Skincare etc...) I went to Glamour Secrets to see Dr. Iverson for Botox & I couldn't be more pleased with the results. She was kind, & answered all my questions thoroughly & my Botox results turned out great :) Dr. Iverson's bedside manner was lovely, my injections weren't painful & not once did she try to push other products/treatments on me & I highly appreciated that. I also liked that she wasn't rushed, so I felt she truly took her time with making sure I felt comfortable & I got the best treatm. I love that there's a wonderful local gem like this in Chilliwack. Just moved to Chilliwack from San Francisco and was looking for my new nail salon. I found Glamour secrets on Yelp and decided to give it a try. I had an appointment with Sarah and I LOVED her! She did a wonderful job with both my manicure and pedicure, which I am generally SUPER picky about. Her work was not only great, but she is the sweetest. In addition to the nail service, Becca served me tea and was super personable as well. Both really made the experience awesome. I had horrible haircut done at a cheap walk in salon, like bowl cut bad, and the girls at glamour secrets were amazing, fixed my hair and still made it look like what I wanted in the first place! Will definitely be coming back! Read Less

I get my haircut at Glamour Secrets every 3 or 4 weeks and they always do a fantastic job. I am someone that doesn't spend a lot of time on my hair, but my girlfriend has noticed that it's been consistently well styled since I started going to Glamour Secrets last year. I recently visited Glamour Secrets and was so glad I did. Terri (the owner ) and her team are just fantastic. I had Botox and facial fillers done by the visiting doctor and could not be more happy.  All my questions were answered and the whole procedure was so comfortable. I truly look 10 years younger and for the first time in years, my lips don't disappear when I smile. This place  is truly one stop shopping, no more running around town to get my hair done here, mani/pedi there and they actually stock my favourite mascara Blinc, which is really hard to find. Just wanted to thank the staff at Glamour Secrets for the fantastic new haircut I received. Very friendly staff and professional atmosphere as went in for a haircut and found out all the services provided as truly is a one stop salon offering all beauty services. My wife will love this place as I had to drive her all over for different services and now can simply get it all done at once. I also found out that they do laser genesis and laser hair removal also.
