Got the worst shellac polish job imaginable. Looks like a child did it. I pointed out the sloppy job, numerous times while they were doing it, she tried to fix it by adding more and more polish, even after I had told her to stop. Ending up with about 6 coats that are wonky and uneven, still not even coming close to the sides of the nails. I'll be going to get them redone at my regular salon tomorrow. Worst part is, they expected me to pay, when I said I wouldn't pay for this poor of a job, or thy could re do it for me, the manager who refused to even LOOK At my nails to see how bad they were, began screaming at me in from of other customers! they we're pretty good. i went because it's super close to my house and I thought I'd try it out. I had an early Saturday morning appointment (9am) and when I got there there was already four other women getting their nails done. It's super busy, I would definitely recommended making an appointment (on weekends, especially). I liked how they bag and keep the nail file, etc. that they use on you for the next time you come in. They were not the fastest, but the quality was good. I as getting a mani/pedi and I was in there till about 11am (2 hours). BUT I think the lady who was doing my nails was the owner or manager because she had to keep dealing with the phone and if anyone walked it, so that slowed it down a bit. Overall, I would go back.
