I only give 1 star because there isn't am option to give none! I made an appointment for a Brazilian and half leg wax and what I left with was horrible! The lady doing the waxing said she did the best she could but there was patches of hair left everywhere and she only did half the Brazilian! The room was dark and didn't seem overly clean!When I left she told me to go home and take a shower which anyone who gets waxing done regularly knows is a big no no!I ended up going to a very nice lady up the street and she cleaned it all up! I've had her do my waxing before and she really took care of me.. she's really passionate about her job and she makes sure her clients are happy.i have moved away from waxing since then and learned to pluck my own eyebrows. I've called in to see if she's busy to take me in, but she said she was busy... i would have waited but i was in a hurry and didnt have much time there for went to a different salon. Read Less

She's really nice, patient, and had excellent pricing. She knows exactly what I want. The only difficult thing is that, sometimes I set up appointments, and I get there, and she has someone in the chair, so I have to wait. Which is in contravention of the whole IDEA of appointments, but to be fair, it's difficult in a small business to balance appointments and drop-ins, so I'll give her the 5 stars. Read Less
