Have come here numerous times and my shellac polish always lasts 3-4 weeks.  Friendly family business and always try to be accommodating with appointment times.  Reasonably priced as well.  Definitely recommend. They also have gift certificates if you still need Christmas gifts. Read Less

Went for a pedicure with my friend. She got charged $8 less than I did, I didn't ask for an explanation but I'm assuming it's because they had to remove me gel polish. Otherwise everything we did was exactly the same. After only 2 weeks my polish is chipped and looks terrible. I haven't been wearing bare feet out, haven't been to the beach or the pool or done anything that would trash my nails so quickly. It must come down to quality polish and application. Never again. I went in for a quick filing and polish of my acrylics. I was told to pick a colour. I was not offered gel. I assumed the colour was a gel, but instead ended up with old style polish. Would not have been bad except the tech did not care at all and just wanted to get me out of there asap. He just put 3 coats one top of each other without waiting between coats. I didn't touch a thing for over an hour and still they weren't  dry. Ruined. Complete waste of time. Oh and the implements used did not appear clean. The supposed 'dryer' he put my hands under for the 10 minutes I was allowed to stay, was so filthy it was humiliating. Besides that, no heat or fan in it but a weak light. Dropped in for a polish change (feet). I was greeted promptly and seated right away. The nail technician did her best not to speak to me - speaking briefly in Vietnamese ? to her fellow nail technician. She removed the polish quickly asked briefly if I wanted my nails clipped (yes please). When finished she mumbled 5 minutes. I sat for 15 and then removed the toe divider and went to put on my sandals - at which point she ran in and gave me a hand. The posted price for a polish change is $10 - I was charged $16 (I believe he charged me $6 to have my nails clipped.. .I have never paid extra for that service during a polish change). I've been going here for nearly 10 years and any other nail salon never does as good a job. They recently did my french manicure for my wedding and 3 week honey. They lasted perfectly the ENTIRE time and I only took it off 4 weeks later because my nails had grown so long. I go for shellac every time - so i don't have a review on anything else (designs or gels). But i've RARELY ever had it chip and it last a full 3 weeks before my nail beds grow. I am disappointed when I go anywhere else. Its not fancy inside but the quality of the shellac and the people that work there are great! When I've paid cheaper elsewhere, I have gotten cheaper. This is my go to salon and I recommend it to everyone! Read Less

I have never had such a terrible experience in a salon before. My nails turned out terrible and the lady would not fix them. When I told her she was very rude towards me. Also, when she was waxing me she ended up hitting me in the face and all she did was laugh. I do not recommend going here. Read Less

In the past, my mother, sister and I have had great experiences at this salon. Today all of those experiences were completely tainted when one of the ladies who worked there was completely rude and out of line. So a different lady was doing my manicure when she clipped off about 2 mm of my cuticle accidentally when trying to take off a hang nail. First of all- I understand things like this happen and was NOT upset at the girl for the cut. She put some antiseptic on and then I held pressure for about 10 min. The bleeding continued after that and a different girl, doing my pedicure, told me she wants to put some more antiseptic on because it would "stop the bleeding". As my finger was already disinfected and had already been doused in antiseptic I declined to have any more put on and nicely said I would prefer to continue holding pressure, if they didn't mind starting on the other hand first. As I continued to wait for it to stop bleeding, this lady continued to say she wants to put more antiseptic. I explained again that I did not want any more and she continued and continued to harp on it. Then she said, well if it's bleeding I'm going to put some more on okay? Basically telling me I had no choice. First of all, as the customer it is my choice. Secondly, if the antiseptic did have some magical clotting properties as she suggested it would have stopped the bleeding the first time they doused it in it.My point is, I WASNT blaming the girl who cut my cuticle or threatening to walk out when she cut it or ANY of that- I said it's ok and totally recognized that it was a mistake. My problem was with this other girl who got involved and somehow thought she had some authority to rudely force me to do something. To top it all off, when I once again explained that I'm not interested and asked for her to stop, she would NOT let it go and rudely called me "missy" which was the cherry on top to make me angry enough to call her out on it all and walk out. My mom who was silent the whole time and is a really diplomatic person was FURIOUS at this point with that "missy" comment. At that point, after 20 min of what was supposed to be a relaxing experience, she still would not stop LECTURING me and cutting me and my mother off when we tried to explain. She wouldn't let us finish a sentence so I was shaking and mad enough to drop an f word because I'm only human (and apologized for). she then had the nerve to call ME disrespectful when she was condescending and rude for the past 20 min. Now I know many of you have had nothing but good experiences here, however that's how we felt too until we walked in today. This daughter who spoke to us like this today completely snapped and was out of line, her sister, mother and father were much more professional. There are many other nail places in the area with way better customer service where you will not have to worry about being talked to in a condescending way. Read Less

**TOTALLY PISSED**I would give this place a 5-star review as I have been a returning customer, but this last visit was a nightmare and I do not think I will be going back. Usually gel acrylic fill takes 30-45min and I even asked as my daughter had a dental appointment (30min) Anyways long story short, my outing ended up to be almost 2hr and the nails were ruined. I had to pickup my daughter and return to get them fixed which took another 30min. When asked how much...I got charged the full amount!!! No discount whatsoever for wasting so much of my time. Just says 'if anything, come back!!!' I am super annoyed & pissed. Should have just walked out and not paid but I had my daughter with me & didn't want to cause a scene. Word of advice. Was accommodated when they originally said they didn't have time which is where they get most of their stars. Why they lost a few is because I wasn't with the same person from start to finish, they missed a step (making sure my nails were level -each nail has an indent on the stress point rather then be level with the rest of the nail) and they also charge a lot of money. Usually a fill will be around 35$ lately, even with new tech. It doesn't look like they use new tech and charge $55 like I'm getting a new set of nails. I won't be back simply due to the price. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! They charged my girlfriend $45 and did the most pathetic job I've ever seen. Her nails have bumps in them and when she said she wasn't happy the useless dude who works there said too bad nothing he could do.
