This first time I've ever had a pedicure (I'm a guy) so I was a bit hesitant in going in. However, the staff was friendly and the pedicurist seemed to know what she was doing. However, she left for another job and a new person took over who wasn't nearly as good as the first one. Occasionally the owner would give me a pedicure but she was was always very quick and I felt that she hadn't done a good job. I had the feeling, though, that they really didn't care about their customers - twice I phoned for an appointment on different occasions, there was the answering machine but no call back. When I mentioned this to the owner she didn't seem to take my concern too seriously. I think she's too concerned with running her other business (real estate) rather than focusing on this one.I've just returned from a salon closer to where I live and they were much better - friendly and professional and, most importantly, they knew what they were doing and gave me an excellent pedicure.

When I call they don't sound very professional lacking "how may I help you?" Tone and proper greeting for a business phone. It was a lot of "uuuuh I don't think the lady who does the waxing is in today????" Are you not sure? Orrrr? I've been in before and she does an amazing Job the next time I wanted to come in they didn't have time to, wasn't very welcoming either, nobody greeted me or said hi, because they asked of I had an appointment I thought maybe I would make an appointment this time, so as of now I need to go else where for waxing. Sorry

I went to this place once and it was decent. I got a $10 mani and $20 pedi and it was exactly what you'd expect for the price -- not amazing, but good! No complaints :)

I've passed this nail bar every day, and one day I decided that a $20 pedi was too good to pass up. I actually thought this place was WAY better than the other nail bar in the mall that starts with the same letter, and way cheaper too. They were really efficient and I walked away with a great pedi. Too bad it's on Hastings in an area most gals like me might miss. Totally recommend!

I had booked their special manicure for $10 one day and definitely would not come back. The owner was fairly nice however she did a bad job simply painting my nails and even missing a huge spot which I didn't notice until further inspection of my nails. Plus after she filed my nails the edges were not smooth and clean. If you want a cheap but GOOD or at least DECENT manicure I do not recommend going to this store.

This first time I've ever had a pedicure (I'm a guy) so I was a bit hesitant in going in. However, the staff was friendly and the pedicurist seemed to know what she was doing. However, she left for another job and a new person took over who wasn't nearly as good as the first one. Occasionally the owner would give me a pedicure but she was was always very quick and I felt that she hadn't done a good job. I had the feeling, though, that they really didn't care about their customers - twice I phoned for an appointment on different occasions, there was the answering machine but no call back. It was a lot of "uuuuh I don't think the lady who does the waxing is in today????" Are you not sure? Orrrr? I've been in before and she does an amazing Job the next time I wanted to come in they didn't have time to, wasn't very welcoming either, nobody greeted me or said hi, because they asked of I had an appointment I thought maybe I would make an appointment this time, so as of now I need to go else where for waxing. Sorry

I've passed this nail bar every day, and one day I decided that a $20 pedi was too good to pass up. I actually thought this place was WAY better than the other nail bar in the mall that starts with the same letter, and way cheaper too. They were really efficient and I walked away with a great pedi. I had booked their special manicure for $10 one day and definitely would not come back. The owner was fairly nice however she did a bad job simply painting my nails and even missing a huge spot which I didn't notice until further inspection of my nails. Plus after she filed my nails the edges were not smooth and clean. If you want a cheap but GOOD or at least DECENT manicure I do not recommend going to this store.
