Jaimie just did a color correction on my hair. Wow it was Alot of work but she did an amazing job and explained every step that she took and y she was doing it. LOVE LOVE LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE This Spa!!!!!!!! Spent a little over 2 hours with Jaimie loved every second. I walked in just hoping to get a shampoo and blow dry (being a mom is three, just a shampoo is pure Heaven to me) and I ended up being treated like total royalty, getting a lovely trim and some stunning melting layers to bring some life and movement back to my hair! I left the salon feeling feminine,glamorous and like I had made a new friend as well :D I DEFINITELY know who will be doing my hair from here on out!!!!! Jaimie knew exactly what I wanted and exactly what I was talking about when I attempted to talk about "balayage" for a later appointment! The salon is Simple with an ocean theme that is very calming and fun at the same time. It is a one stop shop tanning hair nails and spa services with fair pricing. Every thing is based on time not gender. So ladies you don't get charge exstream because you have short hair and men be prepared to pay a little more for the time we'll spent . Read Less

Absolutely terrible. We reserved a unit, and then upgraded to a larger unit. The larger unit was promised. When we arrived there, with a loaded van and UHaul trailer, exhausted after a 4 day road trip from Arizona, the staff denied giving us a larger unit, even though we had the proof in email correspondence. They lied and we were left with trying to find a storage elsewhere at 3pm in the afternoon. The staff were rude and uncooperative . The next day we sent emails requesting refund for the online deposit we paid. They never bothered to answer those emails. When we went there, they lied again about the larger unit and told us that we could not get a refund since it was contract we did not fulfill. We were there, they screwed up, and we were left hanging. We did our part, they did not. They refused to give us a refund for the deposit we paid. I hate even giving them a one star, when we were treated so badly. We went to the Uhaul in Armstrong, and they had storage for us. The staff at Uhaul was awesome, and helpful, friendly and pleasant - so nice after the bad treatment at Armstrong Mini Storage, where obviously the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, - very unprofessional.
