The hair stylist doesn't talk to you, I had to ask her many time if she did the treatment or not and what she was doing! Then the hair cut was a disaster. It took her less than a minute to cut it and ...
The hair stylist doesn't talk to you, I had to ask her many time if she did the treatment or not and what she was doing! Then the hair cut was a disaster. It took her less than a minute to cut it and she literally did four to five cuts and started to dry my hair! I complained and complained but at the end she just said she couldn't do any more. I Asked for layers but didn't get any! If she doesn't have the experience then someone need to watch her and she needs to ask for guidanc while working .Complained again and had to leave very upset. First time to be treated this way in a hair salon.
The owner called me and asked me to come back for a complimentary hair cut "hence the 1 star"but I couldn't go back .

Incredible service, and Courtenay is absolutely amazing. I came in with a bad highlight job and she worked a miracle and gave me absolutely gorgeous hair. Everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. I will always recommend The Loft!!

I have been to this gorgeous salon spa several times and have always had a fabulous experience from my nails being done to the amazing stylist/new owner cutting/coloring and styling my hair.
I am loving this place and the staff, as well as I would like to thank the new owner for buying the place it is a beautiful place and a welcomed addition to Abbotsford. Lindsay you are amazing, thank you.

A haircut for me usually takes 1.5 hours for wash cut and style... My hair is very long and thick, which is why I usually pay more. My hair was done in 35 minutes and I was still charged $60. She seemed extremely rushed like she did not even want to be doing my hair. She did not even show me how the back looked. I told her I did not like my hair to be straight and blunt and that is exactly what I got. I asked for some layers and got none. Not only that but it is very uneven. Would never go here again or recommend to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Recently just moved to Abbotsford, booked an appointment with Alejandra. Was super impressed and overall 10/10 experience, all the ladies were super nice and my hair cut turned out amazing! Definitely coming back here for future hair cuts and possibly some color next time 🙂

I went to the loft hair salon after my stylist Courtney moved there. I have always had a pleasant experience and always get what I ask for without problems. I feel they also have a good price point. I would deffinately reccomend to my friends and family.

Bad experience and when brought to the owner's attention, she appeared to be dismissive and defensive. Tried to have a rational conversation with her in order to try to fix the problem but she seemed to become very excited and emotional, so I ended up just giving up, paying my bill and leaving.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! I actually bled and had broken capillaries from their laser machine and went in to tell them and showed the laser technician the area. The laser technician was really nice and told me their laser is probably not suited for my skin type and said I could probably get a refund. I called back over a week later since I hadn't heard anything and talked to the owner who was SO RUDE! she said the technician told her I barely had a reaction and would NOT be giving a refund. I paid over $350! She said she was told a completely different story and even questioned why I came in earlier that day instead of the appointed time even though I called the staff ahead to confirm I could come earlier. Why does this even matter? DO NOT COME HERE THEY SEEM NICE AT FIRST BUT THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND THE OWNER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.
