I heard good things about this place so I made an appointment for side by side pedicures with a friend. The man who was doing my pedicure was very very rushed, to the point where I had to ask him to slow down because it hurt! Gets up multiple times to answer the phone etc. Forgets to use lotion on my feet, and I have to ask for it. The pedicure itself looks decent. But I won't be back. I prefer oceans salon, far better customer service over there.

Many times they have fit us in- even staying after hours to accommodate several bridesmaids! They do fabulous nails, offer massage chairs, and relaxing atmosphere - all without breaking the bank.

She did a good job. Thickness was consistent. She was fast. She was gentle. It kind if defeated the purpose though when my gems started falling off the same evening. They were allegedly glossed over...
She did a good job. Thickness was consistent. She was fast. She was gentle. It kind if defeated the purpose though when my gems started falling off the same evening. They were allegedly glossed over & baked. Id' say less than half were secure. That left indents when they came off. I couldnt return because I had to leave the next morning. Im not local to Abbottsford. So if they can get that sorted I'd give them 4 stars.

The gentleman who did my nails was so talented and such a nice person. However the rest of the stuff I had such a terrible experience with my girlfriend and I both came in got two new sets, and painted nails for our daughters. The women stuff were so rude made us feel so uncomfortable for having her kids there because they were laughing a bit, loud I could see the one staff member rolled her eyes at the lady she was working on. I noticed they offered their other clients that they knew coffee tea etc. we just felt so unwelcome because it was our first time there.

I was thinking of sending my girlfriend to this location and was trying to figure out pricing for her and her friends . The male who answered was Soooo rude !!!!!!!! All I asked if there was a birthday special and he hung up on me after yelling at me to look somewhere else. Very poor manners . Learn some common courtesy !

Their shellac LASTS until you go and get it taken off, no chipping- no discolouring, which is why I continue to come back here for shellac. Endless choice of colours and well priced, money well spent on nails that last for 2.5 weeks or more :)

I heard good things about this place so I made an appointment for side by side pedicures with a friend. The man who was doing my pedicure was very very rushed, to the point where I had to ask him to slow down because it hurt! Gets up multiple times to answer the phone etc. Forgets to use lotion on my feet, and I have to ask for it. The pedicure itself looks decent. But I won't be back. The gentleman who did my nails was so talented and such a nice person. However the rest of the stuff I had such a terrible experience with my girlfriend and I both came in got two new sets, and painted nails for our daughters.
