In one world - terrible. The woman “helping” me was so rude and made me feel rushed. To top it off there are tons of bubbles, bumps and even a huge scrap where she just filed off a bubble after setting my shellac. When I complained she said it’s becuase my nails were “too short”. Don't go here. Spend your money somewhere else. Been getting my nails done for years and this place was the first I actually went back and had them redo them. They looked 10 times worse after round two. She embarrassed me by getting mad and talking loud with customers there when they made the mistake of shaving my 1" nail to a nub. Worst experience ever!! Doesn't even deserve one star!! Took my 14 year old daughter to get her eyebrows and nails done the day before her first day of highschool. Staff was extremely rude. Technician didn't even say hello or ask her what she wanted done. She just started ripping and waxing!! My daughter's face was so extremely red and sore. Eyebrows were uneven. I had heard many terrible reviews about this salon, but I had a few hours to kill at the mall and needed my nails done badly. The first few minutes were great, the last I had was very nice with helping me find the specific color I wanted. I had showed her some pictures and she told me she could do this design. She had to re do a few of my nails and then when it came to the design it looked like a toddler had done it. She asked me how i liked it and I was honest so she re did it. After re doing it 4 times she finally had another lady come and do it. I still wasn't pleased, but I wanted to leave so I said it was fine. Product failed in less than 24 hours. Sorry man, the polish ought to stay on the nails. It crazed,cracked and flaked off as if the product might have been designed for children. I was not overly fond of the bits that fell into my cooking. Read Less

I was rushed. All nails are un-even. They pushed me for different colors. They didn't know what they were doing. My nails are stuck to my fingers, they hurt like hell.... Will never ever be back here. I want my money back and them to remove them. Read Less

Horrible experience! I don't recommend anyone going to this salon, I actually feel sorry for the people who have been here. Got shellac done and they started to discolour and turn brownish/grey in a matter of two days. Went back to ask for a refund 6days later, accused me of lying saying I got them done 3weeks ago. Also accused me of not keeping them clean, I work In healthcare where I have to wear gloves and keep my hands clean. Told me I could of gotten them roughed up and painted over but for a colour change or anything they were going to charge me full price. Read Less

Ive been a regular customer coming to this salon since September. I always got the same person. He is lovely. He does his job excellently. But in my last experience I got someone else. There was a issue with the colour. I did not feel it complimented my skin and I came in to ask if I could get a colour change because I already payed for the nails anyway so I should be happy with them. I didn't express this concern while getting them done because the mall had closed and I had to leave later so everyone was rushing to leave. Worst nails I have ever had! They made the acrylic part wider than my actual nail bed. I asked her to fix the shape and she keep saying she'd get to that, but never did. I asked for matte and she still made them glossy. ONE day after getting my nails they had bubbles in 8 of the nails. Not impressed at all. I will never be going here again. Crappy! My shellac pedi was over priced and it chipped 7 hours later... Best part I went back to have it fixed and it chipped again after an hour. I literally just decided not to bother and go back a third time. I really should have but I have my newborn with me and its just such a waste of time and money. I paid $70 for shellac pedi .. Had an appointment but waited 30 mins...it was so busy they rushed through my pedi forgetting to give me their regular massage included. Next appt For acrylic nails I came there only to find out that i had to wait another 30 min which upset me because I had specifically made an appointment to avoid waiting, so decided to shop and come back...i came back in 25 min and they had decided to take another client I was appalled by that! but they accommodated me and gave me a different lady to do my nails that lady did not listen to what I wanted done and insisted on doing it her way I will never ever go again to this place they are just pumping people out and not caring about quality or public relations! This post is for the High Street location. OMG! After tip and tax, my mani/pedi came to almost $70, that is not for a fill, gel, shellac or anything fancy, just regular 'ol mani pedi. I feel so ripped off.  Earlier I had been waiting for over 30 minutes past my appointment and there are three other people who waited just as long who were booked earlier than I was. The staff has been apologetic and recognizes the long wait. They were very nice, thorough and the place was clean. But never again would I come here, way too expensive, even for Canadian standards.
