I got a full set a few weeks ago with a girlfriend, and within 5 days my nail polish had peeled off of my thumbs fake nails and my girlfriends shellac had already peeled off 2 of her nails as well. She messed up both my thumbnails during application leaving them bumpy and uneven, but she clearly didn’t want to fix her mistakes in the moment and we were in a rush so I didn’t want to wait. We made appointments within a week of having our nails done to get them to fix our chipped/ peeled/bumpy nails and we weren’t offered any type of apology or anything. Then within another 12 hours, more of our nails had chipped and peeled off, and I wasn’t going to go waste more of my time getting more do their mistakes fixed. I vowed to never get my nails done there again when I got a gift certificate from my boss, so I decided to try and get a pedicure instead. This was only 3 days ago and my nail polish has chipped on 4 of my nails, plus they were shaped completely uneven and half were filed on angles with sharp edges. I have been getting pedicures and sets for 15 years and I have never ever experienced this before! What nail polish chips off that soon and peels off from fake nails! To add to the horror, it’s also not super clean in there and they use incredibly stained towels which isn’t what you want to see when you are charged as much as you are. Way too overpriced. Absolutely terrible customer service. Everyone there seems like they hate their job. Save yourself the time and money and go literally anywhere else. Read Less

My sister and I had horrible service today. Neither of us will ever come back. I called them in advance so that everything would be settled before the appointment. I was told that the shellac could be applied over fake nails. When we got to our appointment I had to remind them that we scheduled manicures and they were telling us that the girls we had were not qualified to do fake nails. I had to say multiple times I had called to confirm that we were getting fake nails. My sister had two fake nails put on one hand when she needed it done to multiple fingernails to have all her nails the same length. This we tried explaining so many times and they didn’t understand and showed they were annoyed. By the end of the appointment five of my sisters nails were bleeding. The girl doing my nails wouldn’t talk to me and acted as though she was very angry with me . The whole appointment felt very awkward and uncomfortable, it was as though we were unwanted there. I got this gift card for Christmas and I have been excited to use it and get my nails done for months and finally my sister and I had a chance to do so and the experience was awful. I never leave Bad comments I even acted very nice and thanked them for what they did at the salon. But I will never be going back and I wish I was brave enough to tell them that we didn’t like the service. My poor sister paid $60 for nails that look absolutely nothing like she asked. She wanted sparkles on one nail. And she literally got one coat of the sparkle polish. It almost looks like a clear coat with some speckles on it. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a fun experience and this just felt awkward and uncomfortable which is really unfortunate. Read Less
