Friendly and skilled service. I've had shellac done as well as my eyebrows waxed (which can be scary going somewhere new to do). Both were done with quality and care, and the prices were very reasonable!

Hands down the worst pedicure of my life and the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The lady completely destroyed my big toenail, ripping off a huge chunk of the side which was extremely painful...
Hands down the worst pedicure of my life and the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The lady completely destroyed my big toenail, ripping off a huge chunk of the side which was extremely painful! Then she neglected to even file any of my other toenails, leaving them longer and jagged, did not push back my cuticles at all, and then did a terrible paint job. I was very upset about my ruined and painful toenail (that will take months to look normal), and the lack of any other service to my other toenails and they refused to admit that it was awful and I had to argue for a long time to get my money back. The owner was beyond rude and horrible to deal with. I rarely splurge for a pedicure, so if I do I expect it to look better than if a three year old did it. I will never be back, and suggest that you never waste your time or money at this place if you value your toenails. Go to Sirs and Hers! They do an excellent job!

Absolutely terrible service. Not only did they butcher my sisters toes but they where very disrespectful. Even one of the employees there couldn’t believe the butcher job that had been done.

This was my first time at Charm Nails and Spa and I really enjoyed my experience! 4/5 stars only because my jets didn’t work, but I didn’t mind. I will return if I’m ever in the area again ☺️

I took my niece to have a pedicure with me. Very little care or attention given. My toe nails didn't even get filed or clipped. I was busy chatting with my niece and wanted a relaxing experiance. The only relaxing part was the shotty massage chair. I would not recommend this place. Appeared dirty and uncared for.

I ended up with a color I do like and tried to tell her but she does not listen. Too bad. I will find another place.

Worst nail experience I have ever had. Terrible customer service, short staffed, unorganized work ethic, and do not build any conversation with you. The staff will talk on the phone with their friends in another language , as well as randomly leaving the nail session for minutes at a time. The owner had tried to charge me for redoing my nails as the first job was atrocious.

Me and my two sisters went here and all got gel nails and the owners (husband and wife) were helping all 3 of us plus one other lady all at the same time, which made the other lady quite mad. The prep and gel application was done by the male owner and I ended up with super gross thick nails that were so far away from my nail bed that they looked like they had grown out for over a week not to mention he cut me twice with the filing tool! The female owner did most of my one sister's nails and hers did turn out very nicely. I think if you go here, just make sure you don't have the male owner do your nails!!! It's really not a nice feeling leaving with ugly nails that cost you $50!

Hands down the worst pedicure of my life and the worst customer service I’ve encountered. The lady completely destroyed my big toenail, ripping off a huge chunk of the side which was extremely painful! Then she neglected to even file any of my other toenails, leaving them longer and jagged, did not push back my cuticles at all, and then did a terrible paint job. I was very upset about my ruined and painful toenail (that will take months to look normal), and the lack of any other service to my other toenails and they refused to admit that it was awful and I had to argue for a long time to get my money back. Me and my two sisters went here and all got gel nails and the owners (husband and wife) were helping all 3 of us plus one other lady all at the same time, which made the other lady quite mad. The prep and gel application was done by the male owner and I ended up with super gross thick nails that were so far away from my nail bed that they looked like they had grown out for over a week not to mention he cut me twice with the filing tool!
