I will not be coming again. This place was highly recommended to me. The lady that did my pedicure was fine and the lady that did my sister’s pedicure was amazing however when it was time to get my full set the lady that did them was very rude. She did a horrible job on my polish and did not take her time. Personally if I am going to spend the amount of money I did on my pedicure and full set I would expect an awesome customer service. It was very clean and very nice. I had a pedicure and my tech was very sweet and nice, however I took my daughter as a treat because she went through a rough procedure. She is only 12 and this was a first for her. Her nail tech was very dry, my daughter said she was just rude in how she spoke to her. On the other hand her nails looked beautiful! My friend and I went to pamper ourselves and get manis together. My friends lady started in her nails probably 10-20 minutes before my lady started. My friends lady got done so my lady rushed to get mine done. My gel nails are lumpy and I’m not impressed. My friends nails look fabulous. I went this weekend and I did not enjoy my services initially. The older lady that did my pedicure seemed ready to go home and very unfriendly. Things took a turn for the better once Nick came to do my manicure. He was funny and made me feel very welcome. I had the worst pedicure I have ever had today. This place came highly recommended to me and I was very disappointed. First I understand that making appointments are sometimes necessary, but if I am going to be expected to make an appointment then I expect to be close to on time. I arrived at 4:25 for my 4:30 appointment and I did not get my service started until 4:50. And mostly this wouldn't bother me but it also took about 10-15 minutes until anyone addressed me after ...walking in. There were multiple people who walked in after me that were quickly addressed and taken back before me. They seemed like regulars so I guess you get better treatment if you continue to come back. Then came the pedicure. I paid for the second tier pedicure and it was a waste of money. My companion with me got the first tier pedicure and had a much better experience. The woman who performed my service never made eye contact with me until it was time for a tip, mostly paying attention to her phone or someone in the front of the store. She was barely paying attention to me at all, including when she began to hurt me, hence did not pick up on my cues to lighten up. She performed the poorest callous removal I have ever seen, I doubt that my feet were even exfoliated. Lastly I got the laziest massage I have every had. She never massaged me feet and ran her thumb up and down by shin twice and called it a day. The young lady who did my friend's pedicure was much more attentive and seemed to do a better job. However since it seems so difficult to even make an appointment and my schedule is so erratic, I feel that I would be in very little control of who would perform my service. I will never go back to this establishment. And would warn others to be careful, because it seems that it would be hit or miss based on the person doing the service. For me it was a complete miss. In regards to your comment about the "big black swastika" on the book shelf - it's not a swastika symbol, it's a positive symbol in the Buddhist religion. The two symbols look similar but they are reversed and absolutely do not mean or support the same beliefs. Please do not make uneducated claims like that and then say "now it's none of my business what people are into or may be doing.." I was quite disappointed with Queen's nails. There needs to be standards, even if you offer low prices for services. They used dirty tools. On the the station alone was a barbers's brush dirty on which was someone else's nail dust, which she just tapped off to get clean. She pulled out a dirty and used emery board, again with some else's nail dust on it and used that. Even the brush used to neaten up the lines she was picking old nail gel off it. With how easy it is to get an infection sanitation is so important!! I cringe at the thought of the cuticle cutter....Although the technician was nice, the service was very lacking. My cuticles were soaked in barely lukewarm water. I wouldn't call what I got a manicure, if I'd known I would've done my own nails and pampered myself much better. Now the very strange part was...looking over into the back corner, which I could clearly see from where I was stationed was a cluttered corner of stuff including a propane tank, I saw a book shelf which had a letter page sized white paper with a big black swastika on it. Now it's none of my business what people are into or may be doing...to each is own but this is a business and regrettably what I experienced was unprofessional and the sanitary conditions where not up to par.
