I showed up without am appointment at opening and was 100% accommodated. I started off with a pedicure ($35), sitting in a shiatsu massage chair and soaking my sore feet. The technician did an amazing job of scrubbing and trimming my feet and it's ailments. I was given about a solid 5 minute foot massage and a leg massage as well. This was so relaxing! Next I had my nails done. I automatically assumed I would be given the colored tips based on my selection but was thoroughly excited when I found out this tech did pink and white and was comfortable with it. I was a bit nervous as I hadn't seen good results in Edmonton compared to a set I had done in BC 8 years prior. She did such an amazing job, took her time, paid attention to detail, was thorough, and efficient. Very polite as well, while at the same time respecting my want for peace and quiet during the appointment to shut relax. The nails are not too thick, shaped and filled individually, and don't hurt one bit. They look as natural as a square french tip could. This service was $55. I am told fills are $40 and repairs free.I asked about their eyebrow services and was informed that for only $30 the nail tech would thready entire face. I'd only ever had this done at Kurves before on along my hairline for a photoshoot. I was very pleased with the amount of time taken to get literally every hair off my face, correct my hair line, and shape my brows. It took about 1/2 hour and was WELL worth the time and pain. She took an extra few minutes at the end to use a couple different tools for my brows then finished with cooling toner and gel to ease the pain of my face. I have never had a better appointment in my life. Even in comparison to other Regal Nails salons, this one is by far the best. I really needed a pedicure and I have an hour to kill so I figured why not.  My mother in law and I both got pedicures and I asked what the difference was between their 3 types of pedicures and the girl responded like I was asking a stupid question, sighed and quickly told me it the herbal one has a mask and cleans up callouses.  So I agreed to the "herbal pedicure" and she dropped literally 2 drops of peppermint oil and a couple tea leaves in the bubbly water.  My mother in law got the regular pedicure and was done at the same time as I was.  The girl rushed through everything, hardly touched my callouses and I was rushed out with still wet toes.  My feet are rougher now than before the bloody service.Couple other things, I actually watched the girl put tools she used on me back in her sterilized basket of implements.  The girl doing my mother in laws feet never even changed her gloves when she went to her next client.  This place is filthy.  I do not recommend!!!
