My mom and fiance took me out on my birthday for my first ever pedicure. The $60 they spent on me wasn't worth it at all. It wasn't relaxing at all, there was no massage even though the spa option was selected and paid for. I feel like I could of accomplished the same job at home with a foot file, nail clippers and foot lotion. They even left rough spots. Awful nail salon. Went here for a new set of acrylic nails costing me 70$ Plus tip, she rushed my appt taking only 30 mins for the full set. The nails tips were put on crooked resulting in my nail breaking off in only one week. Also got the “spa” pedicure that also cost 70$ which was rushed as well with no massage whatsoever. Read Less

Q-Nails overall is a fantastic nail salon and it is one of the best in the St. Albert and Edmonton area. Even though it has a few negatives like how some of the staff doesn't English fluently but it isn't a big problem because they always understand in the end what my request is. Also the mall can get pretty hectic sometimes, but Q-Nails still try their best to make their customers feel welcome and enjoying their time in there. Q-nails has a marvelous staff, they are nice and respectfully and they do a high quality job on your request. Got my nails done here a few times and they always suck or hurt my nails just came and got a pedi while passing through the mall and they don't give any type of massage unless you get a spa package. My pedicure was not relaxing or worth the money Read Less

I had a terrible experience here, I used to love going there but now there is new management. They fried Jenny an all the girls that worked there and hired on a bunch of new girls. They trained them and had them doing nails that same day as training. Those girl do not know what they are doing. The lady I had rush threw my nails as fast as she can. She cut me made me bleed got her finger stuck to my finger with the glue and ripped off my skin making me bleed when she pulled her finger off. My fingers felt like they were burning she didn't even cut my nails before she put the fake nails on and the fake arcylic nail wasn't even covering my nail completely. They were thick and bumby and I was very upset. I went back and asked them to take them off and to refund me and she refused to refund me or even take the nails off she also over charged me $75 I asked her why was it so expensive and she said that's their original price mean while right on their pricing menu said $60 and she didn't even know that because she was new there. I'm speaking on behalf of my girlfriend because this is ridiculous. She went in and originally got her nails done with gel, painted with some black and some colour changing polish. Picked her up at the mall and noticed that every nail was different in angle, sharpness, and thickness. We discussed her calling and telling them she needs them fixed. She calls and they book her in, they asked what colours and they said ok sure! She goes in again and they don't have either colour she first got. Why ask and confirm if you're not gonna use it? So then she gets these colours and on top of not being much better two of her nails have already broke off from the smallest of interactions. I have been going to QNails for a few months now for Acrylic nails and it has been okay but not awesome. My nails are always a tad off but I just went with it. However, 2 weeks ago, I went to get them fixed as they kept falling off (2 wks after getting them done) and I got a new girl who did not do a good job. They are crooked, not even and she acted like was unsure of herself. Then later on that night, 4 of us went for pedicures and it was ridiculous. She cut me which took 10 minutes to stop the bleeding, they painted flowers on our 2 x 9 year old girls toes without asking us then charged us, they kept hitting my friend's blisters when they were obvious to the eye, once they put the paraffin wax on, they left us for 20 minutes and it was dead.
