This is an outstanding destination spa experience. This recently has become one of my favourite decompression places. I come from downtown Edmonton because it is a personable, efficient, and cost effective place to visit and yet so close to where I live. The owner, Leanna is extremely passionate about what she does. You can tell she loves to serve the public, and makes it look so effortless to put everyone at ease. I recently wanted to book a waxing and pedicure and Leanna managed to line everything up so I didn't have to go twice in 1 week. It feels like "home away from home". You ladies rock!!

I went for my first time yesterday to get my eyebrows done. I was able to bring my two young kids with me without feeling like they shouldn't be there (you know how some places are..) my 3 yr old had...
I went for my first time yesterday to get my eyebrows done. I was able to bring my two young kids with me without feeling like they shouldn't be there (you know how some places are..) my 3 yr old had a blast and was sooo excited she got a sucker! I asked the lady (amazing lady but didn't get her name :-( ) to do what she thought would make them look good. SOOOOO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! will not be trusting my eyebrows with anyone else! She shaped them and tinted (my first time ever having my brows tinted)

Off the Hook is a wonderful place for laser hair removal. I had my underarms done years ago and it was a fantastic experience then. I tried other places because of specials they offered and the truth is you get what you pay for. The results at the other places were horrible, but the results at Off the Hook have always been fantastic.
My 16 year old daughter was there the other day for some laser work and Natalie was so great with her. The business and staff are absolutely fantastic. You will absolutely love going to Off the Hook.

The experience at this spa was amazing! They all make you feel very welcomed comfortable like you are visiting neighbors. The laser session was well explained so nothing unexpected more than anything that approach was very professional to me and made me very relax. This place is BY FAR the best laser treatment, well-balanced friendly and professional attitude on client care!
I will definitely going back!

Off the Hook is a wonderful place for laser hair removal. I had my underarms done years ago and it was a fantastic experience then. I tried other places because of specials they offered and the truth is you get what you pay for. The results at the other places were horrible, but the results at Off the Hook have always been fantastic.
My 16 year old daughter was there the other day for some laser work and Natalie was so great with her. The business and staff are absolutely fantastic. You will absolutely love going to Off the Hook.

The laser session was well explained so nothing unexpected more than anything that approach was very professional to me and made me very relax.
