Had a manicure done for my birthday. She checked my nails and said I was good to go. Stood up and there was already a small part of one nail where the colour was ruined. She said she would fix it. They were busy being it was Mother’s Day. She made it worse. My manicure lasted about 20 minutes. Two other nails were ruined 5 minutes after I left! I will not be going back.

I think they were a middle of the road pedicure, the water was barely luke warm even after I asked for warmer water. However they did do a good job cleaning up my heels and the balls of my feet from calluses. However the people who got the younger girl said she was fantastic.

I have been going here for two years since the management has changed and I have always been impressed by Amy and her staff. Always an amazing experience when I go there. I'll never go anywhere else.

Ever since I have been going to see Amie I have enjoyed the customer service,she her staff give, she always looks after me, from time to time my son loves sitting in the spa chairs, use the remote control for his back due he is growing so fast, he makes the girls laugh, they are very friendly I would recommend them to anyone that asks where I get my nails done I proudly tell them where I get them done

Came to Fantastic Nails and Spa for the first time yesterday with my Mother and Daughter. We had an appointment for the three of us and we were taken at the promised time with prompt attention.The staff were friendly and the spa itself - clean.I will definitely come back :-)

Took my daughter and granddaughter for a pedicure and was completely satisfied. The salon is clean, tools are in sealed packages for each customer, and staff listened to what we wanted and watched our faces, especially the 6 yr old, to see if all was well. I was impressed with their friendliness and attention to detail, and plan on returning. Tammy was my technician and I definitely recommend her, but all the ladies seemed very nice and I don't think you could go wrong with anyone.Prices are reasonable - $25 for a regular pedicure, $45 for a spa pedicure, which included exfoliation and massage of legs as well as feet.

I went there once to get my nails done for a friends birthday.it was terrible, the lady would file around my nails, but she did it too rough, and it was quite painful.I chose a lavender color, but got Barbie pink. the lady also put a few nails on not straight and it was terrible.a waste of $80

Sorry to say I won't go back again. I went there without an appointment. I specially asked if there was a wait because I could come back later. The lady told me no and had me sit in the pedicure chair...
Sorry to say I won't go back again. I went there without an appointment. I specially asked if there was a wait because I could come back later. The lady told me no and had me sit in the pedicure chair and had my feet soaked. I waited and waited. My feet was soaked for 45 mins, still on one was free to come even check on me. I just left. I knew I didn't have any appointment. I would have been okay if they told me they were busy and to come back later. I will NEVER go back again!

Had a manicure done for my birthday. She checked my nails and said I was good to go. Stood up and there was already a small part of one nail where the colour was ruined. She said she would fix it. They were busy being it was Mother’s Day. She made it worse. My manicure lasted about 20 minutes. Two other nails were ruined 5 minutes after I left! I will not be going back.

I think they were a middle of the road pedicure, the water was barely luke warm even after I asked for warmer water. However they did do a good job cleaning up my heels and the balls of my feet from calluses. However the people who got the younger girl said she was fantastic.

Took my daughter and granddaughter for a pedicure and was completely satisfied. The salon is clean, tools are in sealed packages for each customer, and staff listened to what we wanted and watched our faces, especially the 6 yr old, to see if all was well. I was impressed with their friendliness and attention to detail, and plan on returning. Sorry to say I won't go back again. I went there without an appointment. I specially asked if there was a wait because I could come back later. The lady told me no and had me sit in the pedicure chair and had my feet soaked. I waited and waited. My feet was soaked for 45 mins, still on one was free to come even check on me. I just left. I knew I didn't have any appointment. I would have been okay if they told me they were busy and to come back later. I will NEVER go back again!
