Victoria is amazing! She's been doing my hair for years and I like to change my hair colour often and she always lets me know the pros and cons of every colour/cut I want. Don't waste your money here, they hire noobs that don't know what they're doing. I waited a long time to get in after I showed up on time, nobody even acknowledged me. I got a bad haircut, super long dragged out mani/pedi with crappy nail polish. My little niece could do a better, in a timely fashion job! The massage therapist doesn't trim her nails and you can feel them hurting your back, this happened both times I was there for a massage. Like I mentioned, I went here twice, spent nearly $500 hundred dollars and yes, this is very true! You may not have a massage therapist now, but I was there when you did. I have always struggled with extreamly dry skin on my face, nothing ever worked for me. I went to fusion a few months ago and sat down with Hanna and she recommended a few of their Yonka products and it has made an amazing different in my skin! Had a terrible experience at fusion this week. I went in with a mess of a hair cut that I had done myself. all I asked was for the choppiness to be fixed and all one length. my hair was above my shoulders, and no more length needed to be taken off, just fixed. it looked good at the salon but when I got home I put a tank top on and my friend pointed out how it is choppier than it was before. It looked like a 5 year old did it. I was so heartbroken about losing my hair as it is and going to this lady made it way worse. Had to get it fixed by another salon today. Highly recommend to not go somewhere that can't do the most simple job and you pay up the ass for it... never again. Read Less

I brought my daughter in today for a colour for her X mas gift - her hair turned out amazing. I loved that the stylist took the time to listen to what she wanted but understood that we still had to be cost efficient. I went to fusion for highlights and told the women that I didn't want them dark so she did the foils and they didn't take... so she insists on doing them again and tells me of she does a shade darker that it will go the light blonde I wanted I told her 3 times that I did not want dark hair. .. well 4 hours later hair is destroyed and dark and so over processed that the owner couldn't fix it she just made my hole head one color then gave me major attitude when I asked for my money back and just starred at me for 5 minutes saying it was my fault..... I will never go back to this salon again shitty customer service and no communication skills at all my hair is ruined .......hope anyone who reads this takes my advice and just goes somewhere else Read Less
