Ever since I tried this qnails I vow to never go anywhere else. Pricilla does a great job and they always do them exactly the way I ask. Very friendly. I had a nail break and I went to the manning qnail to get it fixed and I recomend to stay away from there. She was SO rough getting my nail off I was in tears and she just didn’t stop when I said it hurt, then she painted it a totally different shade then the rest of them. Customer service is horrible. Not friendly at all. Have been 4 times now. Pedicures and acrylic nails. The 'nicer' woman did my nails today, but did a horrible job. I had a very unpleasant experience. The lady kept yelling at me asking to relax my arm and kept pulling my fingers. Seems like those two ladies have issues in their life as they always look upset and can't even smile. I went there twice and will never go there again. No wonder the place is always empty. Got a set of gel nails 4 days ago and the colour and top coat is peeling off. I have not even done anything to have caused this. I am now out of town and can't even get them fixed. So frustrated. So much for nice nails for the wedding. Read Less

Horrible. Went in for a brow wax and she dropped hot wax on my eyelid and immediately pulled it off. Absolutely nasty experience. My eyelid is bruised and chafed from it. It was my second time there. Excellent customer experience! I went in for a nail fill and had chosen a popular design. The tech explained about the design I had chosen through her experience about the colour having a possibility of chipping, and asked me if I was okay with it. I am glad she shared her experience with me because I did head back a couple days to show her the results. She fixed my nails with no issue. Before having that experience I did a bit of researching and had gotten mixed reviews of this place. First the owner always parks her big SUV right in front of the door. Those spots are for customers, not you.Second, they couldn't care less about your business. You walk in and there is no pleasantries just very militant like questions and instructions. Been a number of times and swear I won't go back and this time enough is enough. If I could rate 0/5 I would. This was the worst service and worst pedicure I've ever had. When I walked in all three employees were lounging on the chairs watching tv (very loud tv) they looked annoyed that I was there. One finally came and acknowledged me and mumbled something. I had to ask her to repeat herself throughout the whole process and all she did to correct it was state "I talk quiet, people always tell me that" no effort to change it. I told her the tv was very loud and she said "we always have it at this volume" she watched the tv way more than she looked at me or my feet, she burnt me with the hot water while she rinsed and cleaned the used scrub sponge with my feet in the tank (gross). She rubbed so hard I flinched and told her it didn't feel good at all but she continued to do it. She massaged my legs with deep cold! Yes deep cold!! She swatted a fly on my chair with the same towel she was rubbing my legs with. My nails are jagged and to top it all off she left me under the fan for a total of 3 minutes, maybe, and then told me that because I had my own flip flops I could leave. "Don't walk around" "put the fan in your car on your feet" "it will take an hour to dry" they had no other customers in there yet I was rushed out. They dripped hot wax in my eye during an eyebrow wax. When I said I wasn't paying for the service, they threatened the police, and said I was no longer welcome there. If I could give no stars I would . They do not listen they are so rude . They made my nails sooooo short when I told her I wanted long then I asked for them to fix them and said it would cost me 35$ on top of the 59$ I just spent for a set I didn't even like . I was sitting there getting my nails done and all 3 ladies were sitting there talking Chinese the whole time and didn't talk to me once. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE SERVICES . If I could give this zero stars I would. Worst nail studio in history. I hope this reaches people and they are warned about this business. Nails are an expensive hobby and might as well go somewhere that you at least get what you pay for. I had gotten my nails done here on the Thursday and two had broken off by that Sunday. No- I hadn't hit them. I had to actually search high and low to find them to superglue them back on so I could go to work (I'm a server so nails are important). When I was getting these done I noticed she never cured the gel in the light or the fan and rushed them (whilst being rude as well). Well sure enough they broke and when I went in to tell the ladies, the woman in charge there (manager or something?) proceeded to roll her eyes at me and argue stating that "whatever they break". The worst customer service I've EVER experienced ANYWHERE. It's a shame I was so polite to them amidst this and I wish I had more of a backbone. I wouldn't have come in if they broke due to my actions. Even as they were being fixed I was never apologized to or anything, it was silent in the room and very very awkward. NEVER RETURNING. Rude nail technicians. Not pleasant at all. Usually when you attend a business such as this you are thanked for your business, thanked when you tip and at least a thank you, good-bye, have a nice day or something when you leave. Not a word, take your money, turn their back and walk away. To top it off they don't even try to talk to you. You try and make conversation and nothing. Left feeling most uncomfortable.
