I had my first Brazilian lipo laser spa treatment here a few days ago and was so pleased with the entire appointment and results. The stafff were amazing and really helped me relax and enjoy the treatment. The results were much more then I anticipated the front lobby area is beautiful!! Walking in to Azia instantly made me feel relaxed, tons of products for sale in the front area as well (Christmas shopping time lol!) I had two ladies doing my Brazil Lipo Laser treatment an...d they were both friendly, and allowed me to comfortably start conversation or just close my eyes and relax depending on what I felt like doing in the moment. That was really nice. In total I lost 4+ inches in my first treatment! A few days later and I'm still down those 4 inches and an ADDITIONAL couple INCHES as well after following their recommendations. I booked in for a relaxation massage treatment but unfortunately I left more tense, stressed, and frustrated than I was prior to arriving. I was waiting for the therapist to begin the treatment, but when she entered the room, she said there were some cost increases to my appointment. When I asked her what that meant she said that it would not be considered a relaxation treatment anymore, but a pre-natal because I had indicated on my client form that I am 4 months pregnant. Wh...en I asked her how that changed my service, she said "it doesnt, you're just pregnant". There was no additional services offered, equipment used, accommodations. or any changes to treatment, but I was charged a higher price because I disclosed my pregnancy. It was hard to relax and enjoy the treatment after learning this (and also because the therapists hands were like ice) because I couldn't comprehend why I was being charged differently. I did call around to other local treatment providers, and they all told me this pricing is not typical. After the treatment, the therapist/receptionist submitted my claim for direct billing but with the wrong information and pricing. I have to go back to my insurance and try to get them to reimburse me now for the correct amounts that I actually paid out of pocket. Tried this place out for a pedicure. First off the girls were were super polite and nice. Water temperature was good. However there was no buffing or callus removal done. No massage either. My feet are in the same rough, dry shape now as they were when I showed up for the pedicure. Now I'm out money and have to go elsewhere to get my feet re-done. I had an awesome massage with Krystal Thursday afternoon! She listened to my list of areas I wanted focus on but I still wanted a full body knowing the areas of concern might not get as much attention as they need in the 90 minutes I booked - but she spent the perfect amount of time on all areas! I don't like a really intense pressure, and I know she can certainly use an intense pressure if desired (Bruce, review below, makes that clear), but she found the perfect medium to still get into the deeper layers of the muscles with me still loving every second of it. I see Jenny most often for waxing as when I first went my eyebrows weren't properly shaped but she made them proper! I've seen Lana the most for eyelash extensions and they are so amazing! I have been coming to Azia spa for the last 4 years . The girls are all very accommodating for what works best for the client. And always get back to you asap in regards to questions or scheduling. I have received a number of services from them including waxing (brow and Brazilian), massage, nails, pedicure (they offer a great deal during the day !!! Call for details), as well as gel nails. I also go faithfully every 2 and a half - 3 weeks to get my eye lashes done. Definitely recommend Azia to anyone looking for quality services completed by a professional team of lovely ladies !! I purchased a manicure/pedicure for my cousin as a gift before her wedding. She showed up for her appointment and they turned her away because they said they didn't have a gift card there under her name. When I called to inquire the woman on the phone didn't know anything about it and said no one else there did, however someone must have just arrived whom I could hear explaining to her where the cards were kept. My cousin had to reschedule for another day. Seriously incon...venient, but not a huge deal. Upon her second visit, the experience proved to be very disappointing. While her nails looked great, the gel polish peeled off the same day, and she ended up with a foot infection. Organization is poor, customer service is poor, product and hygiene is clearly poor. I've been going to Azia for almost a year now for eyelash extensions and I've had nothing but great service. As a speaker, I am on stage and need people to see my eyes as much as possible and I love how the eyelashes not only do that but they are so natural looking as well. And good-bye mascara!
