It's really frustrating having places try and pass off acrylic as gel. I'm hard on my hands, which is why I asked for gel when I booked. And then again before any work was done. However she assured me that acrylic would be just fine. It wasn't, but my fault for not fighting more. I've had my nails done for the last 9 years, and know that only gel will work for my nails. It was a quick stop for me as I was just visiting, the staff was really nice and very clean place. But wont be coming back any time soon. Sorry! Read Less

Customer service is the best in town for nail salons... All the nail techs are personable and kind. Very clean atmosphere and relaxing vibe. Location is a bit rough, but inside is nice. They don't have up-to-date polish brands, but they do a great job with what they have. Also happy to fix if you have an issue unlike other salons who give you the runaround for a break or fix after leaving. Great salon, best prices too! Read Less

The staff was very friendly.  However it looked to me from what I could see that they just finish the tools with water and use them again.  Can you say scary?  I also woke up with a huge blister on the bottom of my foot. Not sure if was due to callous remover or what but it hurt a ton. Pedicure was decent minus that.  I am concerned of the cleanliness of the tools and files used and will not be going back here. I’m usually very picky about how my nails are done and what I want. I have been there twice and will definitely go back. They have GREAT pricing, They are super welcoming and friendly which I don’t see at other nail salons. They did an amazing job and knew exactly what I wanted and made my nails look beautiful. At previous nail salons I’ve been injured and frusted on having to explain what I want a million times and they still come out sloppy, very uneven, or break easy. I really wanted to love this place. It is so clean and the ladies there are so sweet. I had heard good things so I decided to try it out. Had an acrylic fill done by Vi, pointed shape with a nude colour. It took nearly two hours for a fill which seems excessive but she was paying a lot of attention to detail. It cost $42 + tip. Once I got home, I looked at them closer, the shape of each nail were different, the colour was uneven, and they were lumpy. I didn't expect that because it took so long. I re-shaped them myself and tried to live with them for a couple days. But I couldn't do it so I went back. Vi fixed them for me for free. I went with a different colour because I assumed the lumpiness was from doing so many coats of the light nude colour. They looked better but she was so aggressive my cuticles were destroyed and bleeding. By day 2, the polish was peeling. One week later, they're disgusting looking and almost all of them have lifted.
