We arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and sat waiting for 15 minutes before they called us to our pedicure chairs. The foot massage was awesome, felt so good! However the ambience/decor isn't all that nice and a lot of things looked dirty(chairs,walls, floor, lamps). The foot heater they had me rest my feet on to paint my toenails was filthy. Horrible cut me 3 times one nails glued on side ways and my thumb nails are wayyyy shorter than the rest and paid 60$ to go to another nail place the next day and spend 40$ to get them fixed not impressed Read Less

I went in here last week with the request to have gel polish put on my nails. I wanted a simple but nice design. She barely looked at the photo I showed her and then really did a very bad job of the nails. It was a simple base colour and glitter fade. She painted the glitter on and then tried to fade in the base coat. To say I'm embarrassed by the nails is an understatement. I'm new to Red Deer and am trying to find a nail artist I can trust. Make sure you double check the price before they start working.  I called the day before to find out what they charged for a French pedicure.  The woman wanted to know if I wanted a manicure and I told her I only wanted a French pedicure, that was it.  She told me "35 dollar".  After getting the French pedicure I went to the till to be told it was $45.  When I told the girl I was told $35, she turned to talk to another woman and in some Asian dialect they went back and forth. She informed me that it was only $35 if I was having a gel manicure and gel pedicure.  I said "I specifically asked how much a French pedicure was".  Again, in her native tongue, she talked with the woman and then responded to me "so sorry, price $45 dollar".  They should have someone that has a better grasp of the English language answering the phone.  Needless to say I won't be going back.
