I moved from different province and I was looking for nail salon. Finally , I found this nail salon. A bit small but very organized and clean,I thought I try them here. I got my nails done, they looked fabulous, they made the right shape which I am so picky about. I was so happy and decided to have a pedicure done too. Oh my goodness! My feet felt so good, they gave me good massage, got hot stone and hot towel. She even drew beautiful flowers on my two big toes. I am ready to show up my toes nail in this summer :). The girl came to fix here nail about a week ago, luckily I was there, I saw all of the story. After the guy fixed her nail, she just want to walk out without pay??? Should we do that? Sometimes, they don’t charge for nail fix if you got your nail done at the same place but after 1 week you should pay or at least give them tip. But I heard the girl asked her when did she get her nail done, she said 1week and a haft, the girl said it ok for today but next time you should pay for it. Yesterday the weather was so beautiful, Me and mom were shopping in parkland mall, we went to Walmart to buy some stuff, and decided to get our feet done. That was excellent! We did not dispoited! Everyone seem so friendly! They done good job , very nice design they put on our big toes ! When they not that busy someone have time they will ask you for coffee or something to drink. Shout out to REGAL NAILS RED DEER. It was my first time here last week for my fake nails and my pedicure.I’ve tried almost all the Nails shop in town but they never did what I liked. I brought a picture to Regal nails salon in Red Deer and She did even more beautiful than the picture that I showed her. it was 7pm at night she only have an hour to close time but she took her time to make sure everything perfect,shape , color,and length was on point. she was happy , funny, and kept entertaining. She stayed an hour past close to give a beautiful set of nails, so I can show off my nails on my wedding day on Saturday. My pedicure was so relaxing and they always offer you a gorgeous hands design on my toes nails. I would not go anywhere else from now on. My Mom and granddaughter had a day out together and decided to get their nails done, being a holiday they went to Regal Nails. My Mom said she would never go back again ever. She wanted a french manicure on both hands and feet, with a sparkle that mom provided. They insisted that you can not put sparkles over the french. Mom finally convinced them to do the hands, but refused to do the feet. Her granddaughter, got her pedi done, but the fellow that was working with her decided he was done. He just sat in the corner playing on his phone. My mom mentioned that she needed to get her hands done a couple of times, and someone finally did come to do her mani. I've been going to this salon for two years now and it remains the BEST service AND quality in Red Deer! I work in an environment that is harsh on my nails and I never have to worry. Andy cares so much about all of the clientele, working around their demands and needs; even remembers your conversations from previous appointments! I paid $45 for my 9 year old to get a pedicure and we decided to get gel nail. One popped off with in 12 hours of having it not a big deal but they wanted to charge me to put polish back on her nail. Don't think so. I wont go there again its suppose to be a nice and relaxing experience when you go for things like this. This place isn't. They rush so fast to get it done and you are way to close to the person next to you. Not a comfortable atmosphere at all. Read Less

This salon is one of Red Deer's best kept secrets. Was referred here by several other clients, so thought I'd give it a try and had a positive experience. The one Certified Nail Tech, named Tammy, did a beautiful job on my nails. She was polite, professional, very skilled and efficient. I would definitely recommend her and this salon to others. When I first started going to Regal Nails they were good, but slowly they have gone down hill. I have found them to be rude and uninterested in keeping loyal customers happy.Having been to other nail salons, this one is dirty. I've never seen them clean equipment in between clients and I have never seen them clean down their workstation before seeing to a new client and their UV lamps are sticky and filthy, when you put your hands in you can feel the build up of grime. I do not recommend to go to this place. I took my roommate to this place which It was our first time there and it was a very unpleasant experience for the both of us.The customer service was horrible, the lady I ended up getting didn't socialize once with me, instead she insisted in speaking in her cutrual language the whole time i was there. The job on my nails can follow through on a horrible job as well, certain nails are not cut straight, some of them have a angle.
