The staff are very rude and unpersonable. Ridiculously overpriced services for mediocre results. They also make you pay for their mistakes. I had TWO nails break 2 days after I got a new set and they made me pay for the repairs. The only good thing about this place is that you can get in without booking an appointment. Horrible service. Worst pedicure I have had. And WAAAAYYYYY OVER PRICED!78 dollars for a shellac pedicure. First the lady was rough when cutting my cuticles and hurt my toes so much that when they sprayed with disinfectant it burned. I even stated that she was hurting me and she just giggled and kept doing what she was doing. Second, the lady never grated my heels, I thought okay, perhaps my feet aren't so bad. I get home and they were rough. Thirdly, the nail lady got nail polish all over my toes. She tried to wipe it off, but when I got home I could see it smeared under my toe. NEVER GO HERE!!!! It’s too bad that the customer service was terrible and the lady doing my full set of gel nails, made splits in my fingertips from pushing the skin so hard away from the glued tips...I asked her to take it easy but she continued to hurt me. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!! Wish I could not even leave a star! Asked 3-4 times for rounded corners on my gel nails and still came out square, had lumps of gel stuck between the underside of my nail and skin. We went for pedicures and complained about the roughness on the bottom of the feet. As they looked like they had been hacked. When people do not have bad caluses on the bottom of their feet. You do not need to go to town on them with the pealer. He then proceeded to say he couldn't see what I was saying, when it was very visible and looked horrible. I will never go there again , took my nails off basically just ripped them right off and it hurt so much but they didn't care. It cost me $25 just to get nails off , and it took her like 10 minutes. Went there before Christmas with my mom and sister. I ended up getting the gentleman that works there. I showed him a picture of what I was thinking of and it was red and white half and half nothing crazy. He responded yes he could do it. So thought ok awesome. Well that soon turned out to be a VERY big mistake. He ended up getting annoyed with me and getting angry. Another girl had to come and help him. He then began to get rough with me and kept pulling my hand and then he’d stop and crack his neck and kept making grunting noises. He was very rough with the tools pressing hard on my nails. Then he looked at me and said “Do you not know how to relax”! After everything was done. Later that day my hands we’re in so much pain I couldn’t touch my fingers. I ended up soaking them in warm water and had to take Advil. I will Never go there again. I have never been treated like that before. Even in a bind I will never go to Qnails in bower mall again. The girl doing my nails told me the colour I picked wasn't nice and couldn't even complete the VERY simple design I asked for, (I wanted just full light pink with an accent finger of gold shine/chrome) so when I said just do something pretty, she dropped my hand on the table in frustration, asked if I had any better ideas and the service went down from there. The other ladies getting their nails and pedicures done ...were even looking over at our station because this girl was raising her voice in stress. Not to mention not once did she put her tools in sanitizer, wipe down her station, or even try to pretend that anything was clean. She was squirting glue onto her station that she would use to stick the gems on, and got mad when I fixed an uneven jewel before it set in place. She charged me $70. Save your money. Three of us stopped in yesterday for pedicures as a part of our girls day. The customer service is terrible - it is so rude for them to talk amongst themselves in their native language while they are doing the pedicures. They scratched my daughters foot twice. They don't tell you when you're done, they just leave you sitting there. I spent $157.50 and did not even get a thank you. Rude, rude, rude people. I was yelled at in my face that this salon is different even tho 3 weeks ago I got this done, AT THIS EXACT LOCATION. I was told I have to have gel nails and shellac on my toes. First off most of you know YOU SHOULD NOT DO SHELLAC ON YOUR TOES THAT IS A WAY TO RUIN YOUR NAILS!!!!!!! fingers go though a lot where they need shellac or it'll peal off. First time coming here with a friend - thank god I didn't get anything done - and as soon as we walked in, one of the ladies started talking so rudely to my friend telling her to "go to the color station" not even looking at her as the lady was on her phone. Her english was awful my friend was so confused and didn't know where she was supposed to go - after repeatedly telling my friend "where" to go (JEEZ, ya'll really need an interpreter if you have to repeat yourself so many times) she turned to me and sighed and said "tell her where to go" (lol excuse me? get off your phone, unless you're on the dictionary, and do your job and show her where to go). WORSE SERVICE AND BUSINESS EVER. DO NOT COME TO THIS HORRENDOUS PLACE. Definitely need customer service lessons. My daughter and I had some time to kill and decided to get a pedicure and her nails done. The ladies are not friendly and made it seem like an inconvenience for sure. They do not like their job and that probably starts at the top. It seems like one of the ladies was nice but the rest spoke to people rudely and if you didn't understand them they became more rude. I left too good of a tip and didn't even receive a thank you! Today I got my nails done as I needed a new full set. Well what a mistake coming here!!!! The lady was absolutely brutally slow and my to mention my hands are in more pain than slamming them into a door. She used her own finger nails to pry back my cuticles and glue from skin and continued to do so even after I said ouch!!!
