I had Joanne @Five Star Spa do. my brows last year -now a year later they only needed a small amount to be redone now, so I left a deposit of $100.00 for the touch up, but I had to reschedule due to health reasons, I gave her ample time to rebook, she said it would be another $100.00 deposit for another appointment. I have never heard of this before and I was not informed about this before hand. I feel ripped off at this point and 100 bucks is a lot of money for them to keep, I am ticked off to say the least!! ! So any suggestions people for someone other that does a. good job on micro bladed brows!?

Staff are friendly but did a rushed, sloppy job. I am in tears and I'm getting them redone at a different salon. I will never go back!

Nails were awful a guy did them and was flirting with me and made me feel very uncomfortable would never in a million years go back and I paid way more money for shitty nails I was not pleased .

Not very clean and extremely rushed feeling. They didn't do half of what the other salons do for a spa manicure. No scrub no lotion and no massage. They had a client come in before I was done so they scooted me down a bench and a different person finished my service instead of the person I had. The person I had didnt clean their station or their hands before they took the next client... Definately would not suggest this nail salon.

Had a bikini wax here and near the end I stopped paying attention to the waxer and that's when she started double dipping in the wax!! So gross! When I brought it up to her that it was a health code violation she said she had been doing it with everybody. Would never recomend this place ever to anyone! Too bad because the owner is so nice and would never do that.

I was happy with my nails at first. They seemed not bad for the price I paid. However they started peeling off almost immediately after I got them. I have to apply my own glue to keep them on. Plus when they started growing out you could definitely notice how crooked and badly shaped they were. Will not go back.

Just had my first pedicure at this Salon, and they didn't disappoint. The spa was quiet, I was able to read and relax...and most importantly it was spotless! The girls were friendly, professional and the girl who did my pedicure did an amazing job! The best part was the price, almost 30 dollars less than I would normally pay for the same services at my other spot! Thanks girls!!

Joanne did my waxing for sometime until I finally was able to afford laser hair removal. In the time that she did my waxing (legs, brazilian, eyebrows) I was always pleased. Always a comfortable experience, and relaxing atmosphere. Every time Joanne has done my nails they have come out looking perfect and she always has them done in a timely manner. You get a punch card as well which gives you $20 off after 10 visits. A+ for Joanne and Five Star Salon & Spa!

Took my bridal party here for manicure/pedicures before my wedding and I'm so happy I did!! Loved it here! The girls here are all wonderful and it is so clean with a great atmosphere. We were all so happy with our nails. I will definitely be back. They even have massage chairs while you are getting your pedicure done!

I found this place by chance, when the nail technician I had Bev going to skipped town for good without notifying her clients ....so maybe that was a good thing, because Joanne does an excellent job & is much faster at it than others I have been to. Plus, she is very creative,& does winners with feel nails! I recommend her, or any of her other employees who have trained under her! Plus she is super friendly & we always share a good laugh now & then!
