I was here last month for my pedicure and my nails very clean, customer service is the best in town for nails salon in red Deer. All the nails tech are nice and professional atmosphere very relaxing. They did an excellent job on nails and my pedicure and they always made sure to call me by the first name. They have lot of choices for nails polish gel polish to chose from for your toes nails and whole bunch of powder for my fingers nails .This place was the best I’ve been so far I live two hours from Red Deer but I will come back here for sure and I will and always recommended for whoever getting fingers nails and pedicure to come to this nails salon. My fiance and I went in for pedicures today. We booked an appointment ahead of time and still had to wait 15 minutes to get in. Not only that but there was no debit/credit so we had to go find an atm to take cash out. My massage chair wasn't working and they couldn't fix it, it kept stopping and leaving huge knobs sticking out of the chair in your back, not pleasant to sit back on! My toenails were done but they didn't do anything to my feet at all other than a foot scrub and lotion. My nails are uneven and the polish doesn't even cover the whole nail in some spots! My fiance had quite rough feet and they barely did anything to them either. I asked for a design on my toenails which she told me would be $1 extra...she just drew three white lines on my polish. Then my fiance wanted paraffin wax which he got but the lady didn't wipe it all off! Just said "you're done" and walked away forcing him to peel his own wax ... They didn't hand him his shoes or anything so he walked barefoot on the gross floor... not impressed. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I have been to quite a few nail salons in red deer and surrounding area, Divine Nails is by far the best one I have ever been to! I have had my gel nails done by multiple staff there and they all take pride in their work. Always making sure I am happy with the length, shape and colour. They are all very friendly and it is a very clean place. All these years getting gel nails done I thought every 2 weeks I had to get a new set. They let me know that is not the case! As long as the nails look okay and they are all there you only need a fill! Saves me money! The quality of their work is amazing. I go every 2.5/3 weeks to get them touched up and by that time they still are looking fantastic. Highly recommend this place!! Read Less

Staff here really take pride in their work, always checking in to make sure i'm happy with the length/shape/color of my nails as they're doing them. And they do them for a great price. I will continue to get my nails done here regularly. My last set lasted 8 weeks without any nails breaking and only one nail starting to lift at the end. Great quality. Read Less

I never write reviews but I just came from here after booking a nail fill and I am not satisfied with the job. It was 55 dollars and I absolutely hate that I had to pay that much for such a bad job. The technician was very nice, however my nails are uneven, crooked, they look lumpy, and they are not even all the same shape. I came in with almond shape tips and now some are super pointy and some fingers are almost oval because of her beyond poor job at reshaping them through the process of a fill. They also look like I've already had them for a week because she didn't get very close to the cuticle. They are also very thick and because of that, unnatural looking. The technician also messed up on one finger and had to "reshape" one tip I had which did not need much touching up in the first place, but she went overboard with the nailfile. I ended up with a new tip she applied that isn't nicely glued to my real nail- there is a gap between my real nail and tip which you can see when I turn my hand over. I am expecting debris to now be able to be wedged between the natural nail and the tip because it was not applied properly. It was a mess. She also cut two of my fingers, which started bleeding and the tech just continued on- no apology or anything. I am very, very disappointed that I have to walk around with these until my next fill at my usual salon. I will never be returning. They are honestly so awful. :( Read Less

Doesn't even deserve one star. Worst experience getting a pedicure ever. She talked on the phone the entire time and slapped my legs to communicate with me. She also cut my toe then proceeded to cough phlegm on my open wound. Not impressed. Read Less

Divine nails in parkland mall doesn't even deserve one star. It was so dirty and gross, nothing was cleaned and there were nail clippings probably from the person before. The tools were old and weren't sanitized. This place shouldn't be allowed to do nails at all. Horrible experience. Read Less

I went with a friend and they kept pushing for me to get shellac nails. After I told them multiple times I didn't want it (way too expensive), I felt they didn't give me as good of service. The price of a manicure is way to expensive and the selection is very poor. All the nail polish bottles were collecting dust and half of them were dried out. They definitely overbooked and my appointment was 30 minutes later, not to mention my friend who also got her nails done finished way earlier than me. Read Less

Worst nails I've ever had done (and have had mine on for 16 yrs). They lift and crack within the first week and within 2 weeks they look horrid. They are WAY over priced for the low quality you receive. Not a friendly atmosphere and why make an appt when you wait 10 min-30 after your appt time.
