I was in yesterday for a gel fill on my nails after having had some terrible nails done at another salon. Poor Pam had to almost start over on my nails and did the most WONDERFUL JOB!! I have the best shape out of all of the places I’ve been (I’ve tried 6 places including 2 independents and have always had to keep files in my car to fix the shape as soon as I left!) and I haven’t had to fix a thing. I’ve already booked my follow up with Pam and I won’t be going anywhere else from here on out. I should mention that I am driving in from a town 35 minutes away to see Pam and she is worth every penny in gas and every minute in the car. :) Also, my nails are smooth as glass - not a lump to be found. I have been a client of Nails Time for many years now. Kaiden and Gwen are very good to me and make me feel like their favorite client each and every time. I even am given a cup of Tim's coffee for my pedicure! The atmosphere is always relaxing, and the store is clean, nicely decorated and updated regularly. All tools are sterilized between each customer and special attention is given to little girls who come in for a special treat with Mom. Men also come here for treatments on a regular basis and are comfortable in the surroundings and of course, enjoy the recently upgraded massage chairs, music and big screen TV's to watch. They treat their clients with special care and are always polite and make you feel right at home. My nails are one of the few things I try to fit into my busy schedule and my time there is always a great break in an otherwise hectic day. I have been going to Nails time for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. I’ve gone to a couple of places in the past but they have either cut me or haven’t been very social so I’d feel confused on what to do etc. At Nails time they’re always so friendly and are quick but very efficient. The prices are reasonable too, usually just a manicure for me (20$) and sometimes shellac (only 15$ more) so not bad at all if you’re on a budget but still want to treat yourself. I LOVED my experience there. I walked in without an appointment and was met by a very nice lady - I forget her name. Check in was quick and I was seen within minutes but only because they weren't super busy at the time. Next time I will make an appointment but since I stopped on a whim I was pretty lucky today.
