The service here is amazing! There are at least 10 pedicure chairs and just as many manicure stations. We were there on Victoria Day Monday and they had 6 or 7 staff on shift. After having had my nails ruined by other nail bars here in town, I heard this one was under new management so, with nothing to lose as my nails were paper thin, split and bendy like rubber, I decided to give them a go. I asked Amy if there was any hope they my nails could look decent again and she has taken the time and used her skills to make my nails stronger and healthier. It's taken a while and I've never had long nails and I'm thrilled! Amy has educated me on why/how my nails have got so bad and she has spent time to care for them. I went here for the first time yesterday with my mom, auntie and grandmother. The service was fantastic and the staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure that we all got exactly what we wanted. They offered us plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks and we all had a great afternoon. I took my daughter here this morning with 6 of her friends to have pedicures for my daughter's birthday. They were amazing! They had decorated with balloons for her, and made her and the rest of the girls feel special. Plus they gave fantastic pedicures! Okay, as you can see, these reviews are all old. As of two weeks ago, there are new owners, so forget the past reviews! I have had nails for 25 years, and just moved back to Okotoks. I decided to give them a try, after communicating on line with Amy. I have in the past had two of the best techs, and I am rather picky! Well, I wasn't disappointed! Lovely people, honest, open, professional, and very nice. The shop was immaculate, and Amy was incredibly fast, and particular, like me! I love my new nails, and will not hesitate to return! I decided to give them a shot today after hearing they were under new management and I was not disappointed. The ladies in there were very friendly and hospitable. I was offered a complimentary beverage as soon as I sat down and was given the huge selection of nail colours to choose from - the ladies helped me pick out a colour after I explained what I was looking for and I couldn't be more happy with the choice. Amy was a very professional, knowledgable and personable nail tech who was quick to find any flaw with my nails and fix it. I left the shop with a huge smile on my face and loving my new nails. I was greeted right when I walked in the door! Within 5 minutes I was able to take a seat for my pedicure. My nail tech, Ming, was super awesome! He was easy to converse with, and offered me a drink right away. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. The BEST part about my experience here today was when I was paying for my pedi-my toe curled and messed up my freshly done nails! The worst job was done on my nails TWICE. Mad at myself for going back in there..Shame on me. The gel polish supposed to be a set; therefore, nails and toes are the same color. As a result, no need to try and match colors. Be careful, because the colors are totally different, yet the numbers on the bottles are the same. My nails look absolutely horrible and the prices are extremely high. My nails are different lengths. It was late so I went back the following day to have my nails done again, yet she attempted to even them and made them look even worst. She re-polished 3 nails, but for some reason the colors are off. Not to mention, $77 for an overlay on my extremely short nails, no acrylic($52), and a basic pedicure($25)..Read Less

WARNING!!!! Do NOT go here. I wish I would have read the reviews. First- the OWNERS were the only ones in the salon. The husband was in charge of doing my mani/pedi. Next: Scalding hot water, asked to have him cool the water (duh?!). Next, he was constantly jumping around and looking around while doing my pedi. Then, after continuously JABBING me with the tools, and hurting me (me: jumping, me: ouch) I had to tell him kindly to be more gentle. He was not. I felt as though he was deliberately trying to hurt me!  When it comes time for the hot stones... he BURNED my foot with the stone!!!!!!!! I jumped up and yelped!!!!!! I should have walked away, but my daughter was in with me and she was getting her nails done. Then, I go to get my nails done (btw: this took an extremely long time because he kept hopping up and allowing more customers in, doing waxing, taking payment). After 15 minutes of waiting in the chair with my nails soaking (10 of which I had to wait for the water to cool down a bit) he finally sits down- and goes to town on my nails with the clippers. Not only does he do a wicked bad job, but when he starts to trim the extra skin around my nail, he starts really getting rough!  I was about to tell him to be more gentle when he JABS the scissors and takes a CHUNK out of my skin. Bleeding profusely I start to cry... by this point he had injured me SO MANY times that I guess I just couldn't take anymore! His wife changed places and apologized, treating my bleeding and gouged thumb. She does a good job on my manicure, but when I tell her how upset I am about my whole experience.. she gives me a whopping $10 off. ????? Serious? MY WHOLE mani/pedi should have been free. Total cost for a mani/pedi with shellac on my hands, and my daughters manicure with shellac.... $105.00I will be filing a complaint with the BBB - it is obvious that the husband should NOT be doing nails, and cannot possibly have the qualifications to be doing any nails. It's a nice looking place. Made an appt for a couples massage for our anniversary, took 20 min waiting to be put in a room, then waited 25 min in the room waiting to be helped. Ended up walking out since it was 45 min past our apt (for 30 min massages) and we had dinner reservations elsewhere we couldn't miss. Place was understaffed and poor time management. Read Less

Please don't go here.  They are NOT professional or even trained.I paid for my daughter and wife to go get mani/pedis and nails.They glued on the nails like a 6 year old and they had huge lumps on them and were flared out with sharp corners.I took my daughter back to get it fixed and they said, "what's the problems?"They murmur to themselves in vietmese, which is rude.I love all races, but you are here now in Canada, learn to speak the language.DONT GO HERE.
