I was not happy when I came today. I have been getting my nails done here for over a year now. As I walked In today I was surprised that the store was empty except for 1 person sitting in the pedicure chair, I thought this is nice I won't have to wait today, don't get me wrong, I've waited here before when I've come in understanding that the place was packed, it was expected, but the longest I've ever waited was about 15 minutes. The lady there asked what I'd like done, I just needed my old set taken off and new ones put on. She told me that it would be an hour and half to wait and suggested I come back at 2 , I explained that I was dropped off and had no where to go, she shrugged, then told me that it was longer because I didn't have an appointment, I'm was like OMG I've been coming here for a year and I have never been told I needed an appointment, there a drop in place. I had my ride come all the way back to pick me up and left. I came home called another nail salon and got right in. I'm truly disappointed with my experience with this place today and will probably never come back. It is sad as I live on the west side and it was very convenient, but I will travel all the way to the north side now. Read Less

Wonderful place. The do my whole families nails. My mom, my dad, my husband, me and even my daughter. They do a very good job and are very patient. Many people just walk in, but it's better to make an appointment. Read Less

Anything below zero?? My sister went here to get coffin gel nails and they messed up pretty good. When she tried to tell them the problem, they yelled at her and tried to argue. They made her right hand longer than her left and then charged her $52 for their mistake. They also kept switching workers in between the process. They are not friendly at all. Learn some people skills before you run a business involving dealing with customers! My sister was a PAYING customer, if she tells you something she wants done, do it! The final product looks nice but I am very sceptical as I didn't see them clean any of their tools. As well, my nails are very sore after. The price was also quite a bit more than what they said it would be over the phone. If you're willing to take the risk with the hygiene stuff and you don't want to pay a lot then give them a try but I don't think I'll go back because to me, seeing them clean their tools, using disposable product to clean between your nail and skin, wash their hands, wearing gloves, etc is really important so I probably won't go back.Read Less

I am not happy with the service I got here. I called to for an appointment for 2 gel nails and when I walked there was only one seat available and my cousin had to sit in the pedicure chair and she sat there with the tips on for a half an hour while they did other stuff. I really like this place! They are kind and funny. You definitely have to just go with the flow here though, they have a way of managing clients and trading off with each other! NOTE It was hard to understand what 'powder' was - this is how they do 'gel nails' the look exactly the same and are much less money. So if they're offering you powder while you're looking for traditional gels - trust them! only 4/5 stars because, damn, that powder REEKS! The smell is pretty strong in the store... Read Less

My nails were nice at the end of it - but they don't have enough staff so someone may start working on you then you'll wait a while and then you'll be swapped with someone else. The staff spoke in a different language to each other, were not very engaging, made you feel slightly uncomfortable. Also, their services aren't that varied - call ahead to see if they offer the service you need. In 2012, they don't offer aesthetics nor shellac nails.
