I have been a pedicure customer (3x's yearly) for nearly 7 years. The staff are always pleasant, friendly, accommodating and provide a an exceptional service for a fair fee.

I had the pleasure of having Hannah do my nails today. She was awesome—so gentle, kind, and thorough! She inspected each nail before she finished the colour coats to make sure that she didn’t miss any spots. She even managed to buff the bottom of my feet without it tickling! She also made an effort to talk to me and ask about my family. I have never had a manicurist take such great care of my nails before. If you want a lovely person who is a true professional, ask for Hannah at Appealing Nails!

Had a great experience when I went in by myself but when I went with my mom while she was in town we had a terrible experience with what we got out of our pedicures. My first one had a massage and everything and it was clean and well done and I felt super pampered after but the next one there was a lot missing and all they really did was paint our toenails and soak our feet. Was not very impressed and has put a sour taste in my mouth for this place, probably won’t return.

My experience today wast the worst yet. The lady Kim that did my nails started and then got up leaving me in the chair a whole hour as she serviced other customers then started back on my nails doing a 1999 version of a full set of French Tip she completely ignored my nails request then I make it home and my daughters nail polish is peeling off like dollar general NYC nail polish... I will not be taking another trip there

First they said i could do french tip dip to then have a technician come and say no and said to pick another color. Followed by not only making me bleed but broke my skin in various places to not even follow it up with an apology. Then getting getting upset with me because my hands were stiff, well no kidding after that i didn’t want to continue. I would not recommend this place.

Pros: She offered me water. Cons: She seemed more interested in the conversations around us, she murdered my cuticles, when she asked me if I wanted regular or gel nails I specifically told her ‘just regular’ and she still did gel paint and charged me for it (which was double what I planned on paying), I haven’t gotten gel nails in forever so I didn’t know the deference when she was applying the polish, I told her I wanted dark maroon and she used a light maroon, she didn’t clean under my nails, and didn’t clean up my nails! To say the least I’m disappointed and feel cheated. Today is my maternity pictures and my nails are nothing like what I wanted them to be.

I went in with my mom and sister to get pedicures together. It was decent service but every time I picked a color they were out of it, three times! It's nail polish not cars people, keeping stock up shouldnt be that difficult. I finally settled on a color that they did have, within a week the color looked faded. The nail end was darker and sides too but the majority of the surface looked washed out, very faded in color. That has never happened before so I don't know what kind of polish they used but I would NEVER recommend this salon to anybody. This is what they do, polish is very important. They clearly cheap out on it.

Nails are crooked. Man cutting my nails hurt me when I said ouch that hurt, his reply was yeah yeah. Not good customer service. Definitely won't be back!

I always went to appealing nails when I lived in Lethbridge 4 years ago. They always did a beautiful job. They are friendly and always treat you like their most important customer. They always do an upstanding job and their prices are better than most of the nail salons out there. Very reasonable. I recently came back to Lethbridge and just walked in without an appointment. I was in and out on no time flat and the care, customer service and quality is still 100%. I would recommend this service every time. Thanks for being great even after 4 years of being away!

I had the pleasure of having Hannah do my nails today. She was awesome—so gentle, kind, and thorough! She inspected each nail before she finished the colour coats to make sure that she didn’t miss any spots. She even managed to buff the bottom of my feet without it tickling! She also made an effort to talk to me and ask about my family. I have never had a manicurist take such great care of my nails before. Had a great experience when I went in by myself but when I went with my mom while she was in town we had a terrible experience with what we got out of our pedicures. My first one had a massage and everything and it was clean and well done and I felt super pampered after but the next one there was a lot missing and all they really did was paint our toenails and soak our feet. My experience today wast the worst yet. I went in with my mom and sister to get pedicures together. It was decent service but every time I picked a color they were out of it, three times! It's nail polish not cars people, keeping stock up shouldnt be that difficult. I finally settled on a color that they did have, within a week the color looked faded. The nail end was darker and sides too but the majority of the surface looked washed out, very faded in color. I always went to appealing nails when I lived in Lethbridge 4 years ago. They always did a beautiful job. They are friendly and always treat you like their most important customer. They always do an upstanding job and their prices are better than most of the nail salons out there. Very reasonable. I recently came back to Lethbridge and just walked in without an appointment. I was in and out on no time flat and the care, customer service and quality is still 100%. I would recommend this service every time. Thanks for being great even after 4 years of being away!
