Just ok...it's really hit and miss. I only get the Shellac nail polish... sometimes you get a good person doing your nails, other times they rush so much that it shows in the quality of work. Walked in for a mommy/daughter Mani Pedi treatment with no appointment. Was greeted immediately and both of us were super happy. The people who did our nails were so sweet and joked with my daughter (she’s 9 and very talkative ) The place is immaculate as far as cleanliness and there is no pressure to do more than what you ask for. Wanting to spend time with and treat my young daughter, we came to get pedicures. We were told it was a 45 minute wait and we decided to wait. After 40 minutes we were taken to the back. Tom (amazing and does a fantastic job consistently) started on my feet, but it took 35 minutes for someone to start on my daughter’s pedicure. We both got the milk and honey pedicure which is not cheap. My daughters pedicure was done just a few minutes after mine and she started 35 minutes ...after. The owner wasn’t there but another lady apologized and asked if everything was ok. I told her I was disappointed because we came to get pedicures together. My daughter got an expensive half-ass pedicure just because she is young. If I’m paying for a service I expect the full service. I got a coupon for $10 off next time. The front desk guy was not attentive and it took 5 minutes just to pay because he was taking phone calls and figuring out an employee’s schedule. He’s borderline rude. I love getting pedicures by Tom. He has a great work ethic. Other than that, this place is too hyped up. I will not be returning, not that it matters. I’ve been coming to luxx since I moved to cibolo. I gave 3 stars because I love talking to the techs and they do a wonderful job but the owner, Jenny, is the worst. I feel so unwelcomed every time I go in. She glares at me constantly and is so critically judgmental towards not just customers but even her employees. I’ve even had other people tell me that Jenny has told them that their hands were “too fat” for certain nail shapes that they wanted. She’s so rude and it is solely because of her that I refuse to support her business. Read Less

Every time we have come here, we have made an appt and for whatever reason, they don’t start on our nails for an hour to hour and a half later. I walked in around 2 and was told there would be an hour wait so the receptionist suggested I make an appointment ok I made one for 3:15 left came back and waited and waited and waited. I was seated about 30 minutes later but wasn’t even seen till about 10 after 4. What was the point of making an appointment?! People who walked in after me were seated a lot faster than I was. Tina was my tech and she was honestly fantastic. I wish this visit had gone better because it’s so close to my home and I would’ve probably kept going back if it weren’t for the crazy wait time. When I told them I wasn’t happy with that all they asked was well do you like your nails and didn’t offer anything initially. I have been to several nail salons in Schertz/Cibolo, and this is one of the best. The salon is always VERY clean, and the customer service is outstanding. I went for a pedicure yesterday and within hours 3 of my nails were chipped. I was hoping they would last until Thursday for an event I am attending but sadly they didn't even last a few hours. Very disappointed and after hearing how my friend was treated when she went in with a complaint I am afraid to even go in and ask for this to be fixed :( looks like I will be looking for a new nail place! I dont go anywhere else... my regular nail Polish on my toes lasted without chipping for 3 weeks plus..... my nails always look great and I am always treated with exceptional customer service! They even dim the lights for additional relaxation.... drinks are great and everyone always has a smile on their face and are concerned with their customers needs!!!! Brandy is by far the BEST nail tech I have ever had the pleasure to have. I am incredibly picky, and I always find crazy pinterest designs that I want to try. She is a great artist, and has hand painted designs that I know for sure most people would need a stamp for. I have tiny hands and very small nail beds which makes the designs that she even more amazing! I have always had problems with my nails lifting every other place that I have gone, and assumed that it was just something weird about my nails, but I have NEVER had any nails lift that Brandy has done. While here I received the speediest Shellac mani that I've ever had in my life. Not only was the tech lightning quick, the work was fantastic. It's been over a week now and no signs of wear. I've had Shellac manis before that have cracked on the tips within the first week (I'm really hard on my hands) and this has held up almost like magic. The salon was hopping for a Sunday morning, we got there first thing and we were told to come back in 30 minutes because they were already full. No problem there, and once we arrived back they fit us in fairly quickly. The salon is a good size and is clean and they offer lots of services including all sorts of waxing options.While my manicure was super speedy, my grandma's pedicure was the opposite and the tech really took her time (which pleased my grandmother greatly). It's been a week and my grandma won't stop talking about how pampered she felt, how awesome her feet feel and how much she loves her bright orange toenails. They really made her day there and I love that she feels so fantastic now.So if you want a thorough pedicure, a super speedy mani or something in between make sure you check this spot out. My friends and I usually hit Q's over the lunch hour for a quick gel polish pedi every 6 or so months. I do my own in between pedis, but gel polish will last up to 2.5 for 3 months before it needs to be replaced on me. The team at Q-Nails Leduc has been great to go to, and they are always clean. We book in advance, because they tend to be busy over the lunch hour, but they are always very accommodating. What impressed me about my latest trip is that they have seriously expanded their assortment of gel-polish, with about 200 different types (granted some of the colours between brands look close, but still!). I've never seen that much variety of gel! Usually you'll get about 20, max. Love it! It's not fancy by any means, but it's got strong massage chairs, clean instruments and a great variety of polish. For a simple pedi, it's the spot to go in Leduc! Read Less
