Just left with a pounding toe. She was digging for something and cut my toe with cuticle scissor. Kept going until I asked her to stop because it was so painful. No discount offered. I was treating myself on what was already a bad day and left in tears. Will never go back.

Went to this spa because of reviews and because another lady said they were lisenced and inspected. Not bad but the smell of solvent and the dust from the manicures gave me a pounding headache. I also got a sore throat from the dust from the nail dust in the air. Not properly ventilated for sure. Also, while I was getting my nails dried they just washed the instruments and put them into a drawer. Not sure if they are autoclaving them or properly saintizing them.
Won't go back.

I wish I could give zero stars! Very rude service and unsanitary. I watched them "clean" the tools and all they did was give them a quick scrub with soap and a rinse. I got a simple manicure and they didn't even clean under my nails. Not only are my nails unevenly shaped, but the cuticle trim was painful and they were rushing me through the whole process. Never again!

First off, I came in at 5:45 and waited almost 2 hours to get anything done to me while people who came in after me were getting in and out. Then while the lady who was doing my nails was very nice, she cut my finger on top of that. I've been here before and I was either dealing with rude people taking care of me and now this. Probably won't be coming back...

Went and got my nails done in February.. I missed a nail tech appointment by accident so came here. I asked for a gel fill.. and brings out acrylic. Claims it's gel powder.. i had to nearly argue with her when there is no such thing as I took an aesthetic program and that she cannot fool me. I demanded for their gel.. she brings out a used gross file and there I should have walked out. It's against Canada health regulation to reuse files.. another lady stood over my lady and they talked to each other in their own language. Number one rule.. don't talk to your co workers with a client. It's rude. . I will never go back and direct anyone to see someone else and go see real nail techs.

Took my two daughters to Hottips Nails & Spa for a manicure. Both of my daughters were cut with the cuticle scissors to the point they were bleeding, horrible nail shaping, and just in general not a very nice job. The ladies who worked there were very friendly but I would never go there again.

Just left with a pounding toe. She was digging for something and cut my toe with cuticle scissor. Kept going until I asked her to stop because it was so painful. No discount offered. I was treating myself on what was already a bad day and left in tears. Will never go back.

Went to this spa because of reviews and because another lady said they were lisenced and inspected. Not bad but the smell of solvent and the dust from the manicures gave me a pounding headache. I also got a sore throat from the dust from the nail dust in the air. Not properly ventilated for sure. Also, while I was getting my nails dried they just washed the instruments and put them into a drawer. Not sure if they are autoclaving them or properly saintizing them.
Won't go back.

I wish I could give zero stars! Very rude service and unsanitary. I watched them "clean" the tools and all they did was give them a quick scrub with soap and a rinse. I got a simple manicure and they didn't even clean under my nails. Not only are my nails unevenly shaped, but the cuticle trim was painful and they were rushing me through the whole process. Never again!

First off, I came in at 5:45 and waited almost 2 hours to get anything done to me while people who came in after me were getting in and out. Then while the lady who was doing my nails was very nice, she cut my finger on top of that. I've been here before and I was either dealing with rude people taking care of me and now this. Probably won't be coming back...

Claims it's gel powder.. i had to nearly argue with her when there is no such thing as I took an aesthetic program and that she cannot fool me. Took my two daughters to Hottips Nails & Spa for a manicure. Both of my daughters were cut with the cuticle scissors to the point they were bleeding, horrible nail shaping, and just in general not a very nice job. The ladies who worked there were very friendly but I would never go there again.
