I booked an appointment for lash extensions, I was called the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in later & I expressed that I couldn't because of daycare hours. I was told that's not a ...
I booked an appointment for lash extensions, I was called the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in later & I expressed that I couldn't because of daycare hours. I was told that's not a problem & they will get me in at 330. I get to my appointment and am told I need to wait til 4 because they are running late, then I'm told she doesn't have enough time to do a full set before I need to leave to get my children from daycare. She continues to try to book me for another day.

Magon Moyer did an amazing job with my new cut and highlights. She made me feel welcome and when she massaged my head and neck when she was washing it-- well it was a touch of heaven!

Very disappointed, went in for manicure and pedicure, paid $50 for a manicure when they pushed back the cuticles did not cut the excess, nothing. Painted my nails, bottom coat so thick and old she threw out and said oh well, colour just about ran out, very poor job! Other manicure station no light for next client, overpriced for a simple nail painting, will never recommend this place!!! Pedicure was fine.

What an amazing experience.... called today to see about getting an appointment. Cynthia offered to work late tonight after her normal work day was over to get me in..... the atmosphere at this location is very inviting the staff is extremely friendly and approachable. On top of all this I had highlights and a cut..... and Cynthia outdid herself.... my hair feels amazing and the colour is terrific! I highly recommend this location and Cynthia!!!!

Went here with 5 other ladies to start our bachelorette party off. The staff was beyond friendly and respectful. They made our time and experience one we will remember. Very disappointed, went in for manicure and pedicure, paid $50 for a manicure when they pushed back the cuticles did not cut the excess, nothing. Painted my nails, bottom coat so thick and old she threw out and said oh well, colour just about ran out, very poor job! Other manicure station no light for next client, overpriced for a simple nail painting, will never recommend this place!!! Pedicure was fine.

What an amazing experience.... called today to see about getting an appointment. Cynthia offered to work late tonight after her normal work day was over to get me in..... the atmosphere at this location is very inviting the staff is extremely friendly and approachable.
