Worst Pedicure I have ever received! Way over priced and did not even get the full treatment that you normally get. The parafin wax was too hot and was not enjoyable at all. The massage chair was broken so I left with a sore back. The $93 dollars I spent would have been better used if the pedicre was $40 and the other $53 went to my chiropractor! Paid with a gift card and decided to use the remaining balance on product so I dont have to go back!Read Less

Had an amazing experience at Helios. Have had a service done by each of the employees there. They have four stylists: Wael, Jessie, Jody and Kailey. A nail tech: Sooraya and a Registered Massage Therapist: Connie. Each of them are highly qualified and experienced. I have never had a bad experience at Helios: very, very cleanly. Helio's Is an AWFUL salon, the owner is very unprofessional and everytime i go into the salon to recieve an appointment she is getting her hair done and the phone will be ringing off the hook, i LOVED my stylist however she left due to unsanitary conditions, they cannot keep staff for more then 3-5 months because no one like to work there. They do not clean their spa, the bed sheets dont get washed and their pedicure chairs are broken and the owner never changes the salon cleaner for their salon tools. the receptionst was very rude to me and very short on the phone and in person didnt even say goodbye when i said thank you for the service. i HATE HELIOS and im never going there agian since my stylist is now gone.
