I am a nail technician myself. As a treat my daughter & I went in for a pedicure...... that was a year ago & I can't stop going now. I usually come here once a month to get my gel polish changed and not a problem. I grew my own nails out nice and strong. Kim did it the other times I was there, but the last time I came I had the guy do it for me. Just a few days later my nail polish was chipping and my nails were breaking because they were buffed down so thin, a problem I didn't have the other times I've came. I tried to tell the guy that it wasn't done properly and now I have to cut off my nails because they're so thin and I wasn't too happy about it. I just wanted the polish taken off. I said that it shouldn't have happened because it's only been a week.....and he acted like he didn't remember me from the time he did it just a few days prior. Shockingly, he tried to blame it on my nails being too long (which they weren't, they are at a decent length because I work on computers and can't have super long nails) he continued to blame it on me and said that he knew what he was doing so it couldn't have been him and that people always have short nails when he does it and that I needed to cut my nails even shorter??? It makes absolutely no sense. He was being very rude. Not apologetic at all and to top all of it off he just got up and didn't finish my nails and refused to take off a fake tip on my one nail that they had did. He said He didn't care and to go find somewhere else to get it taken off. He was pointing towards the door and told me to get out, standing in the middle everyone and made a scene.......stared right at me all the way to the door while shaking his head at me. I could tell the other customers were uncomfortable. I didn't raise my voice once and all I was trying do was tell him that I was upset that several of my nails were now broken and way too thin. It shouldn't have happen within that same week of getting them done. There was nothing but excuses and blame on me. In a professional nail salon they should have been professional and just fixed the problem without making me feel like a damn criminal that was trying to rob the store. The treatment that I received today was horrible and unbelievable. I have never been talked to or treated that way in my life at any other nail salon I've visited. Was it really that hard to admit when you've made a mistake that could have been easily fixed?....instead of denying it completely and treating your customer like an idiot. They've lost a customer who always tipped well and he seemed to be ok with that when I told him that I will never come back. Read Less

I have been getting my nails done & brows waxed by Kim for over 4 yrs now. Love her!!! And her husband does fantastic pedicures as well. Their new shop is Beautiful, and they are very kind people. Kim has ALWAYS been OCD Sanitary when I have been there, as is their shop. I would certainly recommend them! Their pricing is also very reasonable. Read Less

I've been coming to this salon since January. I've been a loyal customer since.. recommending this salon to my friends, co-workers and customers.. Today I had a terrible experience leaving me furious and humiliated. First of all, my appointment was late, Kim hardly sanitized her station after the previous client. She filed my nails so much it burned me and they are still aching. I asked her for her advice on what I should choose and she got annoyed. She went off when I had asked her to fix my top coat quick because it smudged. She said " I don't have time for this, you're driving me crazy today" and she recommended I go to a different salon. We booked a manicure however never received the manicure portion, just the polish. We wanted shellac but they coated our nails with hard gel, almost acrylic like. (I don't really know much about nails, I just know what I usually get at other salons and this wasn't that) Usually I can easily remove the shellac polish myself however this is not the case this time. I have received good service at beauty nails before but that was a year ago and it seems to not be as good. We were very disappointed in our treatment and the quality of the work. My mother always goes to this place so my sister and I decided to try it, the service was really good! But while we were there it seemed clean but when I took off my nail polish on my toe nails, I found nail fungus and a few of my toe nails fell off. As I brought up with my sister she found the same on her toe nails but not as severe as mine. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here! Read Less

Horrible!! I went in there to get some waxing done. At first the lady was ok and telling me I should come get my nails done there. First she waxed my eyebrows and dropped some wax on my eye lid, I told her and she wouldn't listen and just kept going. Then did my lip, then my chin. Instead of doing the hair line she literally waxed the middle of my chin up to my lip. Then said I was all done. When I looked in the mirror and saw I still had the hairs along my jaw bone of my chin I asked her to please get that. That's where it went really bad, when she put the strips on she literally slapped them on my face, then continued to pound them into my skin like she was mad before ripping them off. HORRIBLE!!!. I was quoted $70 for a pedi and shellac manicure. I went in today, had average service, the lady didn't speak to me, and there were bugs on the ground. When paying I was charged $94! When I told her I was quoted $70 she said thats not true 'didn't know about it' and charged me for a 'gel manicure' instead of a shellac, saying they were the same thing. Additionally instead of charge me the combined mani and pedi price ($60) and adding on the shellac extra, she charged me for the individual services (Pedi $40, and 'gel' manicure $50). Additionally the polish on my feet looks grainy, as if there were sand in the polish she used. Absolute joke, would never go back, would never recommend and feel robbed because I couldn't avoid paying her inflated price for absolutely no reason. I have never had an experience as bad as this.
