Went to get my nails done and there was only myself and 2 workers. The whole time they kept talking in their mother tongue and laughing away. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable I just wanted to leave the whole time. I used to love going here because it was a comfortable atmosphere but not now. Read Less

First of all they double booked my appointment, so we had to wait for someone to take over for my nieces treatment. There was no consistency between feet, one foot had cuticles pushed down, the other didn't, it was rushed and painful not to mention my nails are sharp and not trimmed down enough. Not only did the nail tech not give the manicure I was booked in for, she did not put the gel polish on my nails properly, and they started chipping the moment I left the establishment. Two weeks later, my nails look and feel horrible, chips off all the nails, no shine left and the nail tech didn't/wouldn't do the design I wanted. This is the second time of three where I have been disappointed. If the fee to do the nails is so high, they should be doing a much better job! Read Less

It was my first time getting acrylics and I opted for chrome!~I've had so many compliments!! The gentleman that did my nails was quick, skilled, polite and courteous. Yes, he and the staff spoke in their own language, but it was not the whole time & not rude, he even apologized and I told him that it didn't bother me at all. Overall great experience. I really enjoyed the service at amazing nails! The tech I had the first time my Mom and I went for our pedicures was amazing. So funny and kind. I was there yesterday July 15/17 with my mom as we have been going there since they opened for our pedicures and girl time. I had booked our appointments over a week and half ago from our appt date. When they called us in i noticed the floors were not clean at all and I was barefoot ...not nice. The pedicures began the guy I had asked regular polish for toes I said yes and gel for my nails....which I had booked. I said I have a picture for an idea for the gel manicure he lo...oks at me and says we don't have time for that. Ok then not pleased as I never get manicures and was looking forward to some cute nails. The pedicure ends and I have not been asked if I want a design like they have always done in the past so I asked him....he let's out a big sigh and smirks and says you know we squeezed you in we have no time for that. I said excuse me "squeezed me in I booked my appt over a week ago" oh really he says. Ya really buddy. So head over for the manicure he starts and a little while into it he askes me when was the last time you had a manicure I said along time he said to me you can tell. My girlfriend and I heard so many amazing things about this place and I was greatly disappointed. I found it rather disgusting taking my shoes off at the door and walking across a dirty floor. I was told to sit and put my feet in the tub to start my pedicure. I was shocked that my foot had barely got wet when the guy pulled it back out to start pushing my cuticles back. As you could imagine this did not feel nice. I found him extremely rough and as though he had no clue what ...he was doing. During the process he managed to cut my toe with the clippers and use way too much force during the massage. All while he's doing this he had to get up 3 times to tell their kids in the back to stop running around and screaming. When it came time to paint my nails, it was apparent he wasn't able to do it, so a lady took over not saying one word to me. When you first walk in it says to take off your shoes, twice (2 different signs). The floors are disgustingly dirty! Wish I never took my shoes off. No front desk staff to just specifically help you. You walk in and everyone is there getting their nails/pedicures done looking at you while you are greeted by a staff working on someones nails. Then told to go wait in waiting area. Staff come to get you a few mins later to fulfill your nail needs.. I got a gel polish manicure fo...r $50. Found it pricey for just that but will say it wasn't bad as its hard to mess that up and the staff did massage my hands with lotion afterwards and gave me a hot towel. Also children of the staff running around and staff had to go tell them to stop at least 3 times while I was there. I paid my $50 and didnt tip as I felt it was expensive already and the staff (not the one who did my nails) asked why I didnt tip... Not offered water or coffee while there. Couldn't do a facial but they advertise as a spa... also my friend who was with me got a pedicure and the guy cut her toe and was super rough. This is the second time been bad experience , last time I thought they were tired and busy so they did not do it nice , this time we came to do our nails , every time new people doing nails the one who did my feet obviously doesn't know which step going first and in top of that out 3 layers of polish and made my nails looks thick and sticky , they always has no gel color that you pick from their selections and all they say ohh we don't have it , then after choosing 3 colors we decided to go for chrome instead !!! Absolutely hands down best nail spa in town . I told the nail tech how sensitive my nails were and he was extra careful . Extremely kind and thoughtful to ask if he could speak to his coworker in his language . Respectful hard workers here who take customer service seriously and that's so great to see. I'm so happy I decided to go here and I will return . I was also please to know that they have the latest technology in nail care that is completely natural called calcium nails . This place was clean and had not one trace of that chemical smell at all .... it smelled like baking cookies to be honest !!! They call it AMAZING nails for a reason. Read Less
