The girl who did my nails not only did a terrible job, but made 8/10 of my nails bleed, had to redo 2 of them, and FORCEFULLY used the electric file on the skin beside my thumb nail. she was rude, car...
The girl who did my nails not only did a terrible job, but made 8/10 of my nails bleed, had to redo 2 of them, and FORCEFULLY used the electric file on the skin beside my thumb nail. she was rude, careless, and honestly just gave me the worst nail experience i’ve ever had. if i could give this place a 0/5 i would. don’t get cindy to do your nails, if you do you’ll regret it.

Not a great experience for my first time getting my nails done. They were very rough on the hands, and didn’t really seem to care about evenness. Completely botched the nail of my middle finger on my left hand and almost all of the nails are uneven. They even tried to coerce me into getting my eyebrows done after I said no. They were fairly polite but I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

I’ve been there a few times now. Tina had done my nails a few times and I was happy. The last couple times I had a young guy do them. The first time he did good I was happy with the shape but he burned me a few times with the nail drill/file and didn’t put the polish down far enough on the nail. The last time he was no good at all. He did not give me the shape I asked for, the polish looked terrible and he trimmed my cuticles and left them looking horrible. They looked better when I went in. I ended up just reshaping them myself. And to top it all off I noticed after I left that he charged me for a service I didn’t even get. I was in a rush to leave and didn’t notice until later. I don’t think I’ll go back. Time to find a new salon.

I went to regal nails to get a pedicure and relax (as I just had a baby) everything was going fantastic.. THEN..... the guy doing my pedi was literally ripping off the skin around all my toes.. not ev...
I went to regal nails to get a pedicure and relax (as I just had a baby) everything was going fantastic.. THEN..... the guy doing my pedi was literally ripping off the skin around all my toes.. not even dead skin. I told him multiple times it was hurting me & he did not listen what so ever & on top of that he was putting back the tools with my dead skin on it BACK into the buckets..... I THEN told him I wanted REGULAR polish not gel. He continued to give me gel obviously to make more money. Maybe 4 days go by & my right big toe started to hurt and get inflamed like ALOT. My whole toe was swollen and red and so sore I couldn't even wear socks.. I emailed regal nails to let them know and yes I asked for my money back. I didn't spend 57.75 PLUS a 5 dollar tip for my toe to get infected. VICKY the lady who was emailing me back said yes no problem I can give you a refund plus your tip back and was super nice about it. When I went into the salon to get it back from her, she was extremely rude, didn't even want to give me it back, kept offering me a gift card which I do not want because I will not be back EVER, and after 15 minutes of her fighting and yelling I said forget it and tried walking away she then chased me through Walmart grabbing my arm telling me to come back so she can give me cash. So I walked back with her because she would not leave me alone.. and she gave me 57.75 and STILL kept the 5 dollar tip I wanted back as well because they don't deserve it. I do not recommend going here EVER. It is absolutely terrible. And nobody ever listens to what you want. ALSO. Heads up, they don't clean there clippers or anything.

Tried to force me into a wax with forceful and negging comments.Asked for pointed/rounded nails, receivedShort, square nails that were very uneven. My hands looked like two different people had worked on them. Will NEVER BE BACK!!

Cannot believe the service I received yesterday. Went for some waxing and left almost in tears! I agree with others that it's so rude that they always talk in their own language..even the fact that their waxing station is a chair in the corner sucks but it was convenient. Yesterday the lady was in such a rush she didn't even wait for the cloth to set on the wax before removing it. When she would go to take it off it felt like my skin was coming with it. I didn't get finished what I had intended to get done.. I was do disgusted. NOW I'm left with a face with little blood spots and the hair is still intacted! ! Strongly recommend people go elsewhere!!

Not a great experience for my first time getting my nails done. They were very rough on the hands, and didn’t really seem to care about evenness. Completely botched the nail of my middle finger on my left hand and almost all of the nails are uneven. They even tried to coerce me into getting my eyebrows done after I said no. They were fairly polite but I don’t think I’ll be going back again.

The first time he did good I was happy with the shape but he burned me a few times with the nail drill/file and didn’t put the polish down far enough on the nail. The last time he was no good at all. I went to regal nails to get a pedicure and relax (as I just had a baby) everything was going fantastic.. THEN..... the guy doing my pedi was literally ripping off the skin around all my toes.. not even dead skin. I told him multiple times it was hurting me & he did not listen what so ever & on top of that he was putting back the tools with my dead skin on it BACK into the buckets..... Cannot believe the service I received yesterday. Went for some waxing and left almost in tears! I agree with others that it's so rude that they always talk in their own language..even the fact that their waxing station is a chair in the corner sucks but it was convenient. Yesterday the lady was in such a rush she didn't even wait for the cloth to set on the wax before removing it. When she would go to take it off it felt like my skin was coming with it.
