The girls are friendly and do a great job. They are very busy so you might feel a bit rushed but otherwise a good place to go

I’ve been going to this place for about a year now, they have always been a bit rough applying acrylic nails but they sometimes looked nice so I didn’t mind, however when I went in today the lady help...
I’ve been going to this place for about a year now, they have always been a bit rough applying acrylic nails but they sometimes looked nice so I didn’t mind, however when I went in today the lady helping me made a majority of my nails crooked and when I asked her to file them so they would be straight on my nail she replied saying “this is how I put the tip on so they will look like this” and proceeded to file MY SKIN. So now I have what looks like skid marks on the side of my nails. Safe to say I’m not going here again.

I have been going to this nail salon for 9 months or so, I went in for a fill and within a week all the colour was lifting away from my nail, I went in and had one nail repaired, she repaired it with ...
I have been going to this nail salon for 9 months or so, I went in for a fill and within a week all the colour was lifting away from my nail, I went in and had one nail repaired, she repaired it with the wrong colour.. whatever it was only a couple shades different. However in the next couple days the colour continued to lift so i went in to discuss the problem and the lady was telling me it was my fault and why was I pulling the colour off. Customer service is garbage!

Absolutely disgusting salon very filthy I felt like I was going to get some sort of infection from the table and the tools. The table has no ventilation. They take their tools out of a drawer they're not sterilized as far as I can tell. Will never go back. I had to sterilize my hands as soon as I got out of that place. And no I did not stay for the full service.

I have been going to Artist's for a couple of years now. I usually see Laura but everyone is so nice and welcoming to everyone. They make you feel like family when you are there. I will be continuing to go the Artist's for many years to come. Great place.

They take their tools out of a drawer they're not sterilized as far as I can tell. Will never go back. I had to sterilize my hands as soon as I got out of that place.
