Been coming to L.Lash bar for a few years now and I'm always thrilled with my lashes! Everyone always asks me where I get them done and I proudly say L.Lash bar! They stand up extremely well and are of the highest quality vs. some other "cheaper" places. There were maybe like 2 times times (from the last 2 years) I wasn't 100% happy only because I didn't have my normal tech (who knows exactly what I like) but they addressed the issue right away and made it right and I walked away happy. L.Lash bar is honestly the best and I wouldn't trust my lashes with anyone else. They've always accommodated me when I've had to cancel/re-schedule and try to find a time that works better for me, some salons give you a hard time but never these guys. Super gorgeous salon and comfy beds to lay on (I've fallen asleep many times lol) and just an overall pleasant experience. All the techs are great and super friendly even if you're not their client. My fourth visit ~ Gorgeous establishment. I love the decor here and find it easy to settle in. My techs, have always been professional and fun to chit chat with. I usually rest for half the service and chit chat in between. My lashes have always lasted as expected, and if they don't L.Lash will fix them within 4 days. I would feel very comfortable letting them know if a service required extra attention. I waited a few weeks to write me review so I could truly see the results of the service. AMAZING. Customer service at the salon was fantastic, the girls were very helpful and informative! The actual lashes are fantastic! Over 2 weeks in and they still look beautiful - I have had the same type of application at another lash salon and was very upset to find the extensions completely gone in under 14 days. I was a regular customer here for approximately a year and a half. The work was done fairly well, most of the staff was nice, except for whoever answered the phones. It is also a very nice establishment. I had an issue in the past and had written a review, and the owner responds quickly. But it is not so much to help you out, it feels like she is bullying you. So - I deleted it. As you can see (if you have read the other reviews) She will respond passive aggressively. You will get the typical "Oh, I don't see your name in my system" and, "we would love to help you out" but then she will defend the problem and make you feel like you are in the wrong. I have gotten married since I was there so my name won't be in the system. They will probably give me the same old response as to negate my review. I came in contact with Jessica L. She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and concerns about Eye Lash Extensions. Different style and prices too. Jessica L. had the best customer services. She was quick in email replied back too. She was able to help with my Eye Lash needs and concerns too. I really appreciated the great customers and help with all my Eye Lashes too.Tip: Jessica L, was the only Eye Lash Extensions that had advised me on Eye Lash Extensions fabric. I'm not "Allergic" to anything. But she told me there different in Eye Lash Extensions prices. Because of the type of Fabric. I've been very hesitant to get my lashes done for a few reasons: 1.) I naturally have long thick lashes, and I didn't want to ruin them. 2.) I've seen lashes on some people that didn't look great. And 3.) it's fairly expensive so I didn't want to try something that was going to hit my bank too hard. However I was going on a trip and really didn't want to have to worry about makeup. So I decided to try it out. I did my research, and L. Lash Bar ended up being my top contender. It was the best decision! They're great. Super welcoming. Very calming environment. Been here. Tried other places. Came back. And now I'm here to stay! I absolutely love this place. They do an excellent job, and my lash technician is very gentle with my eyes. Sometimes it hard to book an appointment because once you find a tech you like and when other people discover her too, their schedules get jam packed and you have to book several weeks ahead of time or hope that someone will cancel last minute. A very beautiful space thats clean and modern. The girls are friendly and very well trained, you could see any of them and trust they'll do a great job. I went in for a lift + tint because extensions are a little too much for me and I'm super pleased with the result! They look really natural and are exactly what I was hoping for! I have been here three times, two full classic sets and a fill. Each time was right before a vacation. The place is nice and the technicians are okay. Overall I am disappointed with my experiences, especially my most recent visit. My first experience I ended up with a look that I really didn't want. This past time, again the look was not what I had hoped for and my lashes on one eye are just about all gone and it hasn't even been a week since getting them done. I have had my lashes done elsewhere and a week is not long for them to be in this condition. Now my eyes have noticeably different lashes for the rest of my trip. Very disappointed. Just to mention it wasn't my natural lashes that were falling out it was just the extension. The work done between each artist is incredibly inconsistent and I don't think the skill set is high enough to get a set that lasts or get a natural look. Read Less

I came in to lash bar worried about my natural lashes, as the lash extensions I had previous by a difference salon damaged my lashes. Chelsea at L. Lash Bar not only assured me she could fix my little disaster but also accommodated me at my first appointment to make sure there was time to get a full set of new fresh lashes put on. Although my lashes look nice, I'm pretty convinced that one of the ladies working there stole my sunglasses from the washroom... Considering the girl doing my lashes mentioned that no one accessed the bathroom after I did. I asked her to check for them and she said " they're definitely at the front, one of the girls must have found them". So of course I trusted her judgement and waited until the end and of course when I went to leave they were "gone". These are expensive sunglasses that my boyfriend bought me before he passed away. Obviously whoever stole them needs them more than I do. All I can say now is karrrrmaaaa. I hope someone takes something from you that's special to you. Honestly, I was kind of nervous to get my lashes done this time around- as I had clustered semi's for years and they had damaged my lashes so bad- I ended up losing the majority of them and could no longer get extensions- other than those ones from the store. So I took two years away from extensions to get back my lashes fully. When I came into my appointment with L. Lash Bar- I figured I would get a similar type of lash and unfortunately, most likely a similar result. But I... am beyond thrilled to say I was wrong! Everything about my appointment was the opposite of what I had accepted a lash appointment to be.. Aislinn, made me feel so comfortable- even though, I currently have a broken tail bone and three fractured ribs. She also, was so down to earth and good hearted- we had a great conversation throughout the appointment. Instead of telling me what to get- she asked me what look I wanted and then worked out a game plan for me to achieve that look. I was a little worried walking into the appointment, with the state I was in because I was used to sitting in an uncomfortable chair and having to leave in pain due to angle- so with my body being as damaged as it is- I expected to leave in tears. But again, I was happily mistaken- I left so relaxed, it felt like I left a really great yoga session. The beds were the first time I had been comfortable since hurting myself and anytime I needed to readjust she was awesome about letting me do so. When I opened my eyes, I was shocked. Not only was this the best appointment I've ever had- the best eyelash professional- but also, by far the best lashes.
