Absolutely amazing work!! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the city to get waxed. She has also micro bladed my eyebrows and I am ECSTATIC with the entire experience and finished product. Horrible service, would give 0 stars if I could. Went in to get pedicures with my mom and the lady very rudely refused us service, basically demanding that we leave, saying they don't take walk ins, when not even 5 minutes before we walked in I had been on the website and it says Sundays are the only day they don't take walk ins. When I mentioned this the lady said that it's an old website and they aren't even open on Sundays anymore. About an hour later I talked to someone who had the exact same experience only two days before hand (Saturday), returned Sunday right after opening (so the worker lied about not being open Sundays) to complain and the worker proceeded to be rude and make fun of her cognitive disability to the point she wanted to call the police. Absolutely appalled at the customer service and will never be returning to this place and I would not suggest supporting a place like this. Read Less
