Since the ownership or workers changed, They’ve never done a great job on my nails. I’ve been there twice n my nails have lasted a max of 1week whereas they used to last 5weeks with the former workers. I don’t know what they use but it is really bad n u have to tell them basically everything to do on ur nails n it never looks good when they r done. I decided to try a new salon that had decent reviews.. However this is how my visit went. So I'm sitting here waiting to get my nails done and wondering why people think that their time is more valuable than someone else's?!... I've been in here signed in and waiting for over 20 min and a lady just walked in and asked the woman in charge if she could get gel removed. The woman tells her yes. So she goes to sit down and looks around for a min and then all loud and rude asks if it will be more than 30 min wait (implying she would leave) and the manager said no and told one of her nail techs to take her on back....ummm excuse ??? I'm sorry but if you don't set back enough time to wait your turn....don't come! And then after this a man comes in with no appointment to get a pedi and they take him back before me also. So I left after waiting 45 min without getting my nails done. I guess my money is no good here because I didn't threaten to leave if you don't get me in right away. Went in with a friend for walk in pedicures right as they were opening. Polish selection was awesome and the massages we received were fantastic. The polish application I had was definitely not the best i've ever had, but overall I was happy with the end result. Salon was clean and they accepted credit cards. Would return! Read Less

This is the best place I've been to in Edmonton. I'm going to be candid and just say this is not your average Asian nail salon. The girls are so friendly, they arent whispering about you in a foreign language.They smile and talk and laugh with you. Gaby did my spa pedicure and she was awesome. Ann is the BEST at french tip acrylic. I like my french tip acrylic very specific. I like a lot of white on mine, the pink in the middle, and very short... she always gets it right every time !! At this point, I don't even have to say anything, she just knows how I like them !! I have ALWAYS been disappointed when I go somewhere else. Ann is the best at doing nails, hands down!! My sister and I had pedicures here today and they were the best pedis we've ever had. They got us in right away as walk ins, took the time and did a meticulous job start to finish. Just got my nails fixed that broke after a week getting them done, Linda does an amazing job.. but coming to get them fixed the younger lady with the glasses started fixing them, she didn't seem to know what she was doing (hurt my thumb pretty badly) I miss the other lady who was there before the new owner took over.
